They needed extra information from me and reminded me kindly twice of that. Then upon receipt of the information they processed my order immediately and dispatched it the same day with a next day track. It was just an all round positive experience and I would definitely recommend using them.

I needed a lactose free medication, so contacted this seller to make sure what was being advertised was what I would actually get. This seller got back to me quickly and assured me that I would get the exact brand of medication advertised. Order came quickly and was well packaged. Would certainly use this seller again.

I've had a couple of orders from EasyMeds and never ran into any issues. The staff are always on hand if I have any questions and my delivery was quick with the correct items each time. Would definitely recommend and order from here again!

I placed an order on Tuesday evening for several dressings for ulcers that I needed to bring to my father when visiting him in a few days. I made sure I placed my order a week in advance so that there could be time for the products to arrive from the distributor. I ordered from Easymeds because they were the only ones that had a specific size/type that was especially important and that was out of stock at the pharmacy I had used before. The entire order was then marked as shipped on Wednesday evening (with Shopify, the platform they use, you can choose which part of the order to fulfil) - I waited until I received the tracking and gave the good news to my father (who's in horrible pain and desperately needed these as nothing else has worked) Then late last night (Thursday), I was told that the item that we had ordered the most of, and the main reason we ordered from them, was out of stock, and the order I am about to receive will be incomplete. I am now out of time to find alternative options, despite spending an almost sleepless night trying to figure out an alternative, and if I had known that the main product we needed was out of stock, I wouldn't have placed/kept my order (these are very expensive items £50-100 per pack). Hoping to receive the refund for the unavailable items soon, but I definitely regret trusting their customer support reassurances over the reviews. If it's something important, I definitely wouldn't order from them, as it seems to be a gamble. Issues happen but especially considering the field they're in (medical) I think that prompt communication and resolutions are absolutely essential, which doesn't seem to be how Easymed operates.

Tried to order items twice with PayPal. Both times got an instant refund and no explanation. So it's a waste of time but at least I got my money back.

Postage seems to be an issue with this company. Marked as dispatched but royal mail doesn't have it. If you want your order in a reasonable time shop elsewhere.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, delivery should take please in a few days. Two and a half weeks later, still not received it. If I order a medical product there is a certain urgency. I needed it because I was sick at the time, not weeks later. After chasing them, I got a reply, blaming Royal Mail and asking me for more details. @Easymedspharmacy: as your client I don't care why the delivery has not arrived. Making sure it does, is your responsibility, don't make it my problem. I have now asked for a refund and will order elsewhere - let's see if they respond to that. AVOID!

Will never be buying from here again!! I purchased tablets which I needed for that week on January 3rd 2024. Delivery states 2-3 working days so was expecting it to come within the week. It is now March 12th 2024 and I still have not received my order. It states that Royal Mail are “Waiting for Details” and has been shipped. Whether this is true or not I will never know. I have emailed about this and they told me just to wait for the delivery which I did and it still hasn’t come. I expect a refund or for my order to actually be delivered. 🙄🙄

Not a great experience. Had an email confirmation come through quickly to say my order had been despatched but by the end of the week the tracking info showed that Royal Mail still didn’t have it. I emailed asking for a refund and was told one item was not available so my order hadn’t actually been despatched. They offered to send me a bigger alternative at no extra cost which I agreed to. It’s now the next day and my order still hasn’t been despatched and I’m struggling to get refunded.

I have purchased 36 assorted flavours of ensure plus from this EasyMeds Pharmacy. I expected that they would give the flavours evenly. This is what the box contains 8 fruit of the forest, 4 banana, 9 vanilla, 4 strawberry, 4 chocolate, 6 peach and 1 coffee. I was quite disappointed with how they have sorted the flavours in the box especially knowing that I paid alot of money just for these drinks....I that whoever chooses flavours will do it evenly next time as it will increase positive customers experience in future.
