Customer Service is zero. They let you down and then become very aggressive,

Ordered on the 8th with 24hr delivery. It's now the 19th and no meds arrived. I paid for 24hr delivery as I needed them urgently for my holiday. Hence it caused issues whilst away. I'm having no luck getting my refund either. I'll update if and when resolved Update: To be fair I have finally received a refund. Maybe the issue was the result of RM losing my order but as it was urgent and ordered with express delivery, a quicker result would have been more satisfactory.

First time I have used this company,very impressed.Waiting 2 months for an item from my local pharmac,still waiting,ordered from Easymed arrived in 3 days.

Exceptional bad service. I ordered and paid for an expensive next delivery for an item. Pharmacy despatched fine, DHL emailed to say delivery would be next day. On the day DHL said there was issue with the delivery and it would the following day. I will wait to see if turns up? This is highly inconvenient and means staying in all day as DHL require a signature. I have had to threaten a complaint to the General Parmaceutical Council to any response from Easymeds. They ignore emails Although this is a Courier issue Easymeds are fraudulently advertising and charging a hefty amount for a next day delivery service which is a service they are unable to provide. I will be making a formal complaint the the GPC as to my mind this quite likely fraud?

Tracking number didn’t work and no delivery. Would not use again

Baby formula arrived in a torn up old box with ‘eBay’ on it! From a private seller not a ‘pharmacy’. I don’t feel safe giving it to my baby.

I did order a item via amazon , and have the option for cancel the order only before sending , so i did , but they send anyway and i don,t cant cancel the delivery , they say i can not return also . Iv paid express delivery on wednesday its now saturday and still havent received anything , not only that but the dhl tracking number they gave me is not real stay away from this company!!!!

I placed the order on 18th November 2020 and got a mail from them on 19th November that it has been despatched by Royal mail. But today is 26th Nov and still do not have the delivery. They had given a royal mail delivery tracker which does not work. There is no way to contact them rather than writing an email to info@, which I have done. It has been a worst experience where one cannot do anything after placing the order. The worst position to be in!!!!!

Amazon do the same product for half this price, free delivery if you're prime. Chisellers.
