Great price Easy ordering Efficient delivery

I read reviews of EasyMeds on several websites and they seem to be doing quite ok. Unfortunately for me, my experience is not as good. I have ordered 6 Siopel cream on 5 June. On their website when I ordered, it did not say there is no stock or not enough stock and that they will dispatch 1-2 days after paid. However after they received my order and realize there was an issue (not enough stock) and could not be able to get the parcel to me on time as promised, they did not provide any update via any means until I emailed them on Friday 9 June. I was in urgent need of the creams, I need them for Saturday to pass them to someone who was flying out on Sunday for family that is in need in another country where they don't have access to this prescription. I just got an email saying ' apologise for any inconvenience caused' and that was it with not really any updates. Then few days after I receive a bot email saying EasyMeds refunded me half the order as they only have 3 tubes and not the original order of 6 tubes. I think they are really poor and irresponsible when it comes to keeping the customer up-to-date. It maybe unfortunate there is not enough stock and cant get them in in time. But at least be honest and own up to it and inform the customer so they can make other plans.

I have been using this company for iron tablets for iron deficiency. The items always arrive quickly. I have no complaints. Have ordered 3 times now and always found the service to be swift and the price is very reasonable.

Scammers they don’t deliver your parcel and say it is Royal Mail problem… when isn’t true. Don’t buy anything here

Dreadful scam company, ordered meds a week ago and paid for next day delivery, still no sign of the parcel and no shipping confirmation. Will be taking this up with trading standards and the ombudsman!

Appalling service. I ordered Aptamil lactose free powder, but instead received SMA lactose free powder. Not only did I not get what I ordered, the formula powder I was sent is cheaper than Aptamil, however I was charged for Aptamil! This was my first and last order. Will never order from them again!!

The worse company EVER, I have had a DHL parcel of mine go missing which was ordered through this company. I have emailed twice now, not once have they bothered to reply back to my emails. They're just out to make a quick buck, I will never order from these again! Thanks a lot, I'll order the medication from elsewhere next time, at least I'll know it'll get on time and safely unlike this lot. Update: Easymeds have not sent me any replies to my email address about the order being lost in transit, I contacted DHL's CEO and informed them that my parcel has gotten lost at their depot, you've not sent me any emails whatsoever. I will never order from this company again, the reviews speak for themselves. Thank God theres other online chemists that have better service than yourselves. Kindly refund me back my monies and i'll order the medication elsewhere. Never again!

Avoid this company at all costs. There are some reputable medical companies who do quick delivery. These lot don’t despatch their orders when they say they do. Then blame Royal Mail for it being ten days late. According to Royal Mail they sent it in the end then recalled it straightaway. Still haven’t heard back from them. Scammers , please avoid and use a reputable medical supplier
