This is the second bike we have had from Early Rider, great bikes and great service. Early Rider have and will be part of my sons bike journey, will stick with them as he grows up!
Excellent light-weight bicycles to learn and improve on. My daughter loved her belter 14 and has no progressed to the belter 20. Other reviews mentioning the stiffness of the gear shifters are accurate. My 6 year old can manage with two hands. But it doesn’t spoil her enjoyment so an insignificant problem for us.
Super Kundendienst nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen Rahmenbruch und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Das Velo ist 2018 und sie sind mir sehr entgegengekommen mit einem neuen Rahmen. Vielen Dank mein Sohn ist oberhappy sein Bike bald wieder zu fahren.
Bought some early Rider pedals for my daughter's bike (she's 5) who wanted some fancy pedals like daddy! The ER pedals were great quality, and look fantastic, she's really happy with them
Just like a full adult bike, a three year old future mtb'er will appreciate the chance to have a splash of colour added to her favourite two wheeled friend. The replacement grips and pedals will make her 'Belter 16' even more 'her's'.......

Bought for my 5 year old grandson and we were allowed to collect from the workshop. This made his day! Keith took time to show him how to pump the tyres and use the bike stand. We then watched him ride around the carpark. after being a bit wobbly on his old bike his new silver seeker kept him stable and definitely an easy ride. Thank you.
When paying on PayPal, it's not obvious there is a delivery charge until the payment has gone through (it doesn't divert you back to the website for the final confirmation). And the quality of the materials are a bit shiny. Saying that. Looks so cool (which basically is the reason you are buying it), I'd probably buy it again.
Fast delivery and the bike is fantastic. Went for the Super Velio and it looks amazing. Haven’t used it yet but going off looks, high quality and really nice. Got it for our sons first birthday.

This is my child’s 3rd Early Rider bike and I would rate the quality and design of the bikes as 5 stars. However, I sent a query regarding the stiffness of the gear change on his last Belter and a request to upgrade the tyres on his latest Belter 24,to Seeker tyres before dispatch. None of which received a reply.
Shockingly bad!!! 1) The box arrived open. When I queried this with the customer services team to understand why, their reply was that this is completely normal!?! I went back to them and asked if they were sure that is how it left the factory to be told yes!!! 2) After 1 month I noticed some rust around the pedal crank. I removed the crank to find the wave spring washer heavily corroded. When I asked for a replacement, the customer services team said give it a clean and put it back with some grease. They are using poor quality components and seemingly have no idea what they're doing!!! I would avoid as the quality is terrible and they don't give a monkeys once they've got your money!!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Follow up in response to Early Rider's response; Having been ignored on the wave spring washer request - they have now sent a replacement out - apparently rating them badly on trustpilot seems the only way off getting their attention. They also tried to get Trustpilot to remove my review as they flagged it as defamatory however Trustpilot rejected their request - so for the record having been accused by Early Rider of lying here is the complete email chain after sending them photos of an open box and I quote "everything is as it should be!"; Hi James We open every bike box to PDI the bike and then repackage and re-staple before shipping. from what I can see everything is as it should be! Please can you; 1) find out from FedEx what has happened to this 2) provide a full packing list off all the contents and a photo of it all. 3) reserve me another bike in case this is damaged as you have said there is limited stock available. Once I have the list and photo I will check the contents to see if anything is damaged.
I recently bought a bike for my son, it was delivered within a few days and I couldn’t be more happy with the bike! I’m going to have one happy boy at Christmas. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Brilliant service.
Update: James, an absolute legend, found out about my shipping issue and was able to connect with me (no more than 10 mins) and helped create a new shipping label to resend the bike to the right address. Crisis adverted!!!

Excellent helpful service and speedy delivery but I can't comment on the product because it was sent to my nephew as a present for his daughter. He was pleased and had no complaints
