They have the dimensions of all bottles on their website--so very helpful. The shipping was a little pricey, but considering they were sending glass bottles, and quite a few of them, and they arrived all intact, that is a non-issue for me. Great service!

I ordered the 50ml bottles for my wedding. After they arrived, I realized the M&Ms we custom ordered would not fit in the opening of the bottles. I was extremely disappointed and concerned that my idea for our wedding was ruined. I called the eBottles.com customer service number to find out how to return the bottles. I spoke with Gladys who was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me find another bottle that would work for our wedding. She even double checked that M&Ms would fit in the next larger size bottle! She helped me easily process the return, while ordering a new shipment of bottles. Both personally and professionally, I have NEVER come in contact with a customer service representative who was so easy to work with and so willing to find a way to help me. Ordered 20 Flask Bottles....and couldn't believe one in the middle arrived broken....but on the shipping slip there wasn't a customer service number to call to report that. So I just let it go. One out of 20 isn't bad, but still.......Delivery was swift.....so in all I was pleased with the product to pack up my home brew Christmas Kahlua!
