I'm happy with what I received from ebottles but the checkout process was a little confusing. I suddenly received a message saying that my order had been submitted even though I was trying to enter a discount code.

The ordering was easy. The delivery was quick. I had a slight snag when my bottles were delivered being that the package was lost. I filed a claim with UPS and called the eBottles support center. The woman I spoke to, either Linda or Lisa (I'm terrible with names), was so sweet and helpful and gave me all the information I needed to know. The package got to me yesterday and each bottle was wrapped and packed with care. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely use this company again!

The bottles and tops arrived quickly and were exactly as I expected. My shampoo looked great in them. The only down part is the caps with droppers I ordered do not fit any of my existing standard essential oils bottles. Best to order bottles and tops together.
