I am ordering very small quantities so understand erecting friction/barriers that discourage my business. Amazon does not offer the same quality or selection but does offer more reasonable shipping charges(included on some selections). I tried different quantities to try to determine a more optimal quantity where the shipping was not 50% of the total purchase price but up to 10 units it was the same. The bottles would make cool gifts so please let me know if you update or change your shipping policies. I intend buying ~50 bottles per year. Bruce Eastman

I ordered the bottles for my Save the Date for my wedding on a Thursday and they didn't ship until Monday. I assume there was a high flow of shipping traffic or the order could not be fully processed until Friday night and by that time, UPS was not picking up packages. The bottles were to arrive on Friday (one week after ordering), and were on time. The only hiccup I had was the apartment number (which was on Line 2 as requested by ebottles) did not show up on the shipping label, and UPS could not deliver the package on time. I talked to UPS customer service and got them to allow a last minute Saturday pick up (though they wanted to redeliver Monday morning). Advice would be to disregard the request for apartment and unit numbers on Line 2 and put them on Line 1 with the street address instead. All in all, good service and timely delivery!
