These products were very difficult to find. I felt very fortunate to locate what I wanted at ebottles. I was hoping the bottles would be a bit more sturdy but what I got will work well. It was a very fair price and I think I made the most of my shipping charges.

I have ordered from this company before and like the product. I like the convenience of being able to orderand pick up directly from the warehouse. The only problem I have had with the company is that they do not always honor the lowest price guarantee they have on their website. It becomes a real hassle to get them to honor what they publish on their Web site. After several calls back and forth you wonder if it was worth it to order in the first place

One bottle was missing from my original order, they were quick to send it out with my second order. No hassle, no fuss, just fixed promptly and happily.

Years ago, there were broken bottles in my shipment and no questions asked, they replaced them. I must note that my last shipment was incredibly well packaged with bubble wrap around each bottle and the entire carton well packed. No need to look elsewhere!

I was very happy when I called your company. I was given excellent, second to none service by a very polite and happy salesperson (I don't remember her name). She spent a great deal of time with me. The bottles I ordered are beautiful, but the little sleeve that goes over the top is too small. I need to get those exchanged for a larger size. That was the only snafu. Thanks so much! Purchased a dozen glass bottles for homemade limoncello at Christmas time. Pricing was better than I found previously on Amazon and I received the bottles within a week. Was able to custom choose the lids as well. Very happy with quality, packaging, and the fast shipping. Will use eBottles for all of my bottling needs in the future.
