RE:Liquids UK did everything they promised too do, I had an issue with my delivery over Christmas Holidays due to Royal Mail and some miscommunication due to Christmas holiday ect. Bit of a pain, but overall I'm happy with their services and support and will be a go to from now on, 10/10 For you guys but 0/10 For RM

Excellent customer service, got in contact straight away after a juice mix up and rectified it quickly.

I faced an issue with them upon placing my order and paying through PayPal whereby there was some delay in processing. When replying to my support requests, they apologized rectifying everything and informed me the reason behind what I have faced which was the huge workload during Christmas season. They have told me they'll be sending free products to enjoy together with my order. The guy was so nice and all problems were fixed during couple of minutes. If that's the way they deal with their clients for any support, then I recomend this company definetly. I'm really excited to receive the order as soon as possible and try the products they sell.

I had an issue with an order I placed online, for some reason PayPal had the wrong information so the package ended up not going to the right place. The team got back to my support request and Bradley shipped out my order again without any hesitation and it was with me within 24 hours of them answering the phone AND with a little extra juice as a way of apologising. Top service from Bradley and the team, I will definitely be using them again there customer service is fantastic

I have found that E Liquids UK is a very good site for all things vaping liquids related. The service you receive is second to none and the range of products available all competitively priced is excellent

Well. They deliver what You order. But their delivery promise is "if You order before 4PM, shipping same day". Well this is every time false. They will info tracking number but it is not the same thing than actually send the parcel... Also faster and more expensive shipping by DHL is complete waste of money. Delivery promised in 2-3 days, it took 3 days before they even send it and now been waiting 5 days shipment to arrive. Still not received it. But customer service is good. They will send the staff You have ordered and if You order something that they don´t have You will get refund ASAP. Only bad thing is shipping and even that is OK most of the times.
