I'm a customer from Italy who has been buying his salt nics exclusivelly from you. I valuate a lot the products you offer but on the down side, the shipping fee is very large ( almost equal to the cost for the juices) and the delivery expectation isn't always correct. Therefore I rate 3 stars .

Placed a order on Sunday, get confirmation on Monday that my items have left the warehouse, including Royal Mail tracking number. Now Wednesday and Royal Mail still haven't received my items. Perhaps it's the Royal Mail that needs the bad review, and not E-Liquids UK. Thanks for your quick reply.
