My first bottle of juice arrived burst, the package was damaged and juice was everywhere. Probably the mail carriers fault. When I got in touch they promised me a replacement no questions asked. After the phone call they let me know my item was discontinued so I instead picked a different one, which arrived the following day. Good service considering it probably was not their fault. Good of them to let me choose my replacement

Ordered thursday morning being told next day delivery but item didnt arrive untill monday, i ussually use vapeclub.com which has never let me down for next day aslong my order is before 5 pm
