Company is a scam and a joke!!!! You will not receive your items despite a DHL email, it will be delayed and you will never get your paid items. They do not answer the phone or emails regarding purchases made, so you may as well just burn your money! Absolutely disgusted!!

Very poor. I ordered 2 vapes. One was faulty the other was not as advertised. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls Edit: I have now received a response promising a partial refund

like many on here items never received. Tried countless times to call them but no one ever answers the phone and also tried emailing their 'support' but no avail. My advice is use another company

Awful, awful company. Like all the other reviews here, order never arrived and zero customer service so 40 quid down currently with nothing to show for it. Clearly no care for your order once your moneys in their pocket.

Order never arrived. lost £36 from them. no one replied to emails and phone calls. reported to trading standards.

Worst company EVER. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered £68 pounds worth of goods that never arrived. It’s been over a week and you wait a lifetime to get a response from them. I have emails from DHS stating that they never received the item from the sender so obviously it hasn’t been delivered to me. If you like to loose money then this company is good for you. Honestly I wouldn’t bother. I’m now going to have to get a chargeback through the bank so please don’t waste your time like I did.

Hi I was just looking at vape products online I haven't put any details in at all I haven't opened a account with this company I then had thank you for subscribing come up on my phone how can I subscribe to something I haven't given my name phone number bank details address or anything should I be worried is the question this company hasn't got many good reviews,I know it sounds silly but does anyone know if they can contact me for payment I'm worried.

Missing items. We paid for it and never received it. Contacted the company and no response!

Fantastic quality Liquids at a great price. All-in-all super value for money. Generally, I take delivery of my order circa 5 days after placing my order. Extremely satisfied with Liquid UK, never order my vape liquids from anywhere else, just wish I'd discovered them earlier.

Kept promising to send missing items since January. Had to do a chargeback today with bank. Maybe they should spend less time on social media and correcting orders they messed up. 9 Mango and Raspberry Vapouriz ordered. Got 6. Countless support tickets sent since jan.

I’ve ordered disposable vape for 2500 puffs and after 3 days it finished even though I did 50 puffs maximum within these days. So disappointed
