Having only been able to find a test date in December miles from home the automated apps available online managed to bring a date forward to October. Having found DTCUK on line I applied for an earlier test date for my daughter more in hope than expectation. Absolutely unbelievable result. They managed to find a test date inside 6 weeks at our preferred test centre. I was slightly nervous this was all a scam, but absolutely not the case. There was one small issue on the first date booked (we couldn't make it) and the phone was answered almost instantly, and an alternative found inside an hour. Superb service and worth every penny.

Absolute heroes! DTC found the amazing Ray for us with 72 hours to go before my daughter’s test! It was a last minute cancellation test, and Ray found time to not only give her a crucial two hour lesson and then 48 hours was there at 7am for an 8am test ! My daughter passed! Thank you DTC and Ray! Really recommend them all!

I would give more stars if i could! Fantastic service and highly recommended! I had a test booked for 16th June and just over a week before... i found myself without an instructor and car!! I was panicking and had intended on rescheduling my test but was unable to find a new date!! I then found DTCUK and Shaq immediately put my mind at ease and i was able to arrange lessons with an instructor and car hire! Was such a smooth and easy booking process! I was so fortunate to be allocated Rani as my instructor (She is truly a god send!) She is kind, patient, so knowledgeable and went above and beyond!! My test was then cancelled due to the examiner being unavailable but Rani and DTC was able to accommodate this change and on 26th June, at Slough Test centre... I passed!! Massive Thank you!!

worst experience THEY CANCELLED MY WHOLE DRIVING TEST WITHOUT ASKING ! i have been crying all day they booked me a test but i’d already booked a test on a different app so i said i didn’t need the test and they refused to let me go without paying £30 so they cancelled my whole entire test i have now had to pay for another one that’s ages away when i had booked one with a different app for july ! i am outraged

Omg I signed up the other day panicking as there wasn’t any tests available for 4+ months and they only put out 15-20 weeks of tests on dvla website. And DTC found me a test in a few days for July, I am so happy and so thankful. I felt so defeated when I did my theory and passed to find out there was no tests. But thank you so much DTC.

I have been driving for over 20 yrs. in America, but had to start afresh to obtain a UK driving license. It was not obvious to me that DVSA examiners do not provide vehicles for practical (road) tests, as is the case in many other countries. I used DTC because I needed a car on short notice for my exam, but what I did not expect was the value of driving with an instructor an hour beforehand to obtain the tips that ensured I passed my exam on the first go. Anisha was absolutely fantastic - professional, kind, empathetic, and bearing valuable insight that could easily "make-or-break" technical aspects of concern to examiners. What's more, Kiran (in DTC's office) was responsive to my many queries and very helpful by arranging for Anisha to pick me up at a nearby Tube station ahead of the exam. It was a perfect experience and I highly recommend this service.

I contacted in January to rent a car for July after paying the £ 49 deposit I had no further contact ... I do not recommend and still had calling during all the weeks and they say they will get in touch but neither email nor call or anything ! He has no respect for customers ... And I go to the citizen advice as I haven't had an answer so far. My experience was not good! Lie that my number has changed you are liars and you just called me saying that I am wrong to complain here on Trustpilot. Liars! Just to let you know here I have a printout of your first comment about that your company was trying to contact me and my phone was changed. And after the comment on trustpilot.com they found my phone incredibly and it is not turned off as you speak! The announcement that would start the activities was given on March 17th, 2020, I called April 9th three times, April 13th, treez times, April 20th treez times and since the first time the promise was that I would contact you until 1 week. I have my agenda and my commitments and I cannot wait for your willingness to give me an answer. I arranged with a company that it would be a little higher the value of the service, but that it sent me by email after 1 phone call to the instructor's phone and 3 lessons before the exam for him to analyze how I drive. So your excuses only show that attention is paid to your customers and without commitment for the service hired.

Used these guys a while back and what can I say. They do what they say. I have dealt with many car hire companies and these guys know what the score is. The pretest/ lesson is brilliant and even showed me the routes the test would take so I was ready. Because of them I pasted first time!! Brilliant.

DTC U.K. booked me a driving test super early, i was a very happy customer because the date suited me and my needs perfectly.

I passed my driving test around 3 years ago I first got to know about DTC uk by one of there instructors who I had met at a test centre in London Barking, i failed and when the examiner told me that I had failed I was gutted but understood my mistakes however after my test my instructor had gone to town in my test time so another instructor outside the test centre comforted me as I was upset and knew I would have to wait 3 month till next test. This instructor was one from DTC uk he reassured me that my driving weren’t bad and I’m only a matter of weeks from passing this instantly made me feel relaxed and he said to contact DTC uk to sort another test for me. So I contacted the company who sorted a test at short notice for me and I requested for that same driving instructor. We met and he told me how many hours I needed to make sure I pass and he clearly stated we only need one attempt to pass and I passed. I can’t thank them enough instantly after I passed I got a job and life has changed with a lot positivity and good happening to me. I have used this company for referring my relative n friends and recently my wife passed with them so I just wanted to show appreciation

Customer service is just as useful as a chocolate teapot. Company probably going up the pan during covid as a few people who use this service have said the company given them a random date or time next year and demanding payment Rudely or put there test date to the original test date then charge you £30 for juggling your test date around . I mean why couldn't you just hold off till after lockdown then contact everyone who's got test after lockdown if there still okay with there test dates and then contact the people who test dates were during the lockdown and see if they want to reschedule instead of trying to do people over by put there test dates to there original dates and conning £30 out of people.

Having recently been shafted by a teacher saying they have availability for my test date, only to find out a few weeks before the date that he has double booked, I searched for test car rentals. The website for DTCUK EXPLICITLY says "Emergency Car Hire For your Driving Test Nuneaton", however I was later told that they do not service the area - they only do London and Birmingham. I filled out the form on their website, https ://dtcuk. co/driving_car_hire/nuneaton/#bookingform (notice that the URL explicitly includes Nuneaton), and they got back to me telling me that they can provide me with a car for my test. I called to find out more info and then they told me that I was lied to, tried contesting the information I had seen, and eventually conceded that their website is displaying a blatant lie. Even if in London or Birmingham, I would not recommend their services, for that could also be a lie.

Poor customer service skills. “I’m going to cancel because clearly you’re not going to pay”. What kind of customer service training are your staff being sent on? Their inability to answer simple questions and provide any proof or power trail of what they are booking shocks me beyond belief. Then to be treated like an absolute idiot when I’m supposedly paying for a service really winds me up. Save your money and check the cancellations yourself. No point letting this immature, irresponsible, rude service do anything for you.
