I had contacted DTCUK at short notice to secure their car hire service. They were excellent and prompt in providing this service. I was also provided with driving instructor Rani who was equally clear,friend but professional in the services provided.We did a mock test prior the test and the instruction given during the mock helped during the actual test.I passed the test with just 3 minor faults.

My instructor gave me the DTC driving test car hire service as he believed that I may not be ready to take my test and he did not want to be audited if I was to fail. I decided to stop lessons with him and do lessons with the instructor I was given for the car hire of my test. I was referred to Rani who was the best. She is very patient and understanding, she takes her time to explain mistakes and teach you how to be a safe driver. I felt very comfortable with her and saw a drastic improvement in my driving. I passed first time at Hendon test centre thanks to her. Very highly recommend this service for car hires and also Rani as an instructor!

My first time taking a test and my instructor Stuart made me feel very comfortable and prepared before my test. As promised I had given DTC 48 hr notice and they did not let me down. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! My instructor Rani was the best, after failing my first test I went with DTC. With her guidance I passed my test with flying colours. I definitely recommend to go with DTC as well as Rani.

I was lucky enough to deal with Kiran who is extremely friendly and professional and completely dedicated and proactive. From the second the phone was answered, i felt i was dealing with a professional and friendly person. Thanks for all the effort.. i truly appreciate it. I was really impressed with Anisha Gadday who was my hired instructor for the test. She put me at ease, explained everything clearly to me and was very friendly and patient with me. I'll make sure to recommend DTC's services to everyone in my circle in need of help in finding cancellations or instructors and car hires for the test. You guys are life savers!!! Also, DTC managed to find me a cancellation four months earlier than my booked driving test! I'm sure it isn't a miracle, but an outcome of their hard work.. A thank you is not even enough!

Had a disastrous time before my driving test - my instructor failed his driving teaching test so couldn't take me to my test and then decided to not tell me that he will be away on holiday before my next rescheduled test until the night before so had to cancel that driving test without a refund because it was the night before. My family's car has an electrical fault that seems impossible to fix after taking it to multiple garages so a false warning light is always illuminated so couldn't use our car for my test either. Came across DTC and was skeptical at first, but they promptly sent me instructor details etc and I was able to arrange private lessons with Rani (my allocated instructor) before my test and she always arrived on time. She gave me lots of helpful tips on the day and was very friendly. I passed with 0 faults thanks to DTC and their emergency car hire service.

Found me a test date on a day I couldn’t do. I obviously panicked as my test had been changed, by the next morning after contacting them to say I couldn’t do that date, they’d managed to change it again. They’ve bought my test forward from august to may, and I paid £30 for the service. Which is well worth it if you don’t want to sit refreshing the tests every five minutes to get it changed. Would definitely recommend

They will find you one date and even after you tell them that you will wait for something better. These guys will spam you until you pay them. And, since you have given them access to your DVSA booking you can't do much... I preferred to pay and get them off my shoulder... bad customer service.

I send them an email to book a car for my practical test with a week notice. They told me £159, with an hour lesson before hand. Pricey? Yes but wait. Because I took a day and a half to confirm, they told me the price now is £209, just because. When I call them it because they weren't answering my emails it seemed like I was bothering them just by calling and told me "just wait for the email". Awful service, highway robbery prices and worst costumer services.

My previous instructor failed his instructor exam so was unable to take me to my driving test and we could not find a replacement instructor anywhere! On top of that, we moved house and so finding an instructor was a nightmare. I then found DTC and hired a car for my test in St Albans. The lady in charge of booking people in was brilliant, quick replies and very helpful. I was provided with my instructor’s details promptly and I contacted her to ask for some more lessons before my test. Rani (my instructor) made time for me and was super helpful and gave me lots of last second tips for the test. She also made me feel confident, which was something I was lacking. Thanks to Rani and DTC, I passed my driving test in St Albans with 0 minors!

Great service, would use again (but hoping I pass the test and don’t have to!) Very easy, just sign up and don’t have to pay unless they find a suitable date for you, and you confirm before they take payment. Love the option to give dates ahead of time that need to be avoided. Very happy with this service, a date was found within 2 days of me signing up which made my wait for a test go from 6 months wait to 6 weeks away. Great business!

Amazing test cancellation service. Far better than any app I’d tried which scam you into paying fees and then don’t actually get you a test. I got a cancellation with DTCUK in under a week so couldn’t be more thankful

Paid 100GBP to schedule a practice test back in January 2022. I also clearly articulated the preferred locations and timeframe. After 4 days they sent me a reservation to a date one month after the agreed dates which I rejected hoping for earlier option to come soon as I felt pretty optimistic on them needed just 4 days to come up with the first option. Then followed 2 motnths of complete silence. I pinged them once in several weeks to get a boilerplate response like "we are working hard to fulfill your request, but there is nothing suitable at the moment". After two and a half months of this I asked to return my money back in full since there was no progress. I got only 85GBP back as they hold 15GBP as an administrative fee refusing to provide any stamped invoice and providing only nonsense as explanations. I wonder what is the difference if I had my own booking and registered with them to get earlier cancellation and pay only after test is re-booked? I was supposed to get multiple options before I finally accept and pay. There would be no administrative fee I guess since there would be no pre-payment.
