Had the correct hoses at a great price, fast shipping, everything was perfect!
I thought I had ordered the correct filter or I was shipped the wrong filter. I tried to exchange it to the store and they said they don’t accept online orders or exchanges. I called customer service and they stated I had to ship it, at my expense $18, through Fed Ex, to the warehouse 19 miles from my house.
I placed a simple order on 5/26/2023 and as of today I have not received anything to help me get my pool open!
Placed order. Tried to cancel within five minutes but was after hours. Was sent an email shortly after saying it's against policy to cancel the order once the process had started. The order had not been even pulled yet!!! It was overpriced by 200 % for both product and shipping (each) It is the wrong item after all that.
