Doheny sent my solar cover out right away. I was able to install it easily and now my water will stay warm even with these chilly nights. I am very pleased with their service.

Everything was great

I will never purchase anything from this company again I order one solar cover to find out its backorder the date changed twice. Then I change what I wanted to receive it for it to be 12 inches short so I message your company as every thing states to do. It states will get a response in 12-24 hrs. 36 hrs later no response so I call customer service for them to tell me to wait for a message from returns. Five days later never received no message or call regarding this issue. After five days I called to find out now you want me to send the messed up one back (which isn’t not my fault) before I receive my replacement. None of this is my fault except ordering from this company. I will never order from here and I will be posting on social media to let everyone know to stay away from your messed up company. Also every representative I talked to I could barely understand what they was saying. What a terrible company to deal with of there was negative stars to give out I def would. -5 stars.

Pool cover was supposed to be in stock but was backordered

Well first off I am a long time customer. My 5-21-23 order was a 2 day shipping. all that happened was a label made at fedex,they never recieved the items and after 3 days first chat with dohoney ,they didnt know why but they sure took my money and said i would recieved email in 24 to 48 hrs.3 more days and second email i sent ,i recieved same message 24 to 48 hrs fo r a reply. 3 days later still no response, i called and spoke to a rep,they did not know why .then after 10 days an order was resumbitted by them as if i just odered it.finally recieved on 6-2-23 . needed all the items for a new pool and it was filled with water that was not cheap.and without the pump and filter system.So I am not a happy customer and will no longer buy from dohoney

Shipping cost to return an item is ridiculous. Your products are great, but I can shop on Amazon and have free returns. I won’t make this mistake again.?

Ease of website

Ordered an Hayward Auqarite 15k Power Cell at a price of $449 + tax. Received an obviously used unit. The box had been poorly taped, the Auqarite cord was dirty and coiled with bread loaf ties, the label on the body of the unit was also pealing at the corners. Contacted customer service. They offered to send me a new one...as soon as I returned this one. Trouble is, that would mean another week delay to get my pool working properly. I asked if perhaps they would be willing to let me keep the part and refund part of the purchase price since I had no idea how long this unit had been used. She told me that a manager would contact me promptly to work that out. It's been over a week and as of this review, I've heard absolutely nothing. No phone call, no email, nothing. Unsurprising, really, since customer service is rare these days. I just hope this thing lasts for awhile.

They keep cancelling my order with no reason

I did not get first order and you all made sure I got my package reordered . My neighbor did bring package I will be sending first order back .

I was told about this website from my neighbor and I received my order in 3 days, because it was over the holiday. This is my first year with a pool of my own.
