Ordered a pump on Friday morning it said I was going to get the pump on Saturday.did not receive the pump until Monday afternoon. I would have bought a pump on Amazon for sixty dollars cheaper and still got a Monday delivery. The same pump

Heat pump for pool was delivered two days before "expected delivery" date, however I never got a single email or phone call to let me know that it was coming, I wasn't even home when it was delivered. Thankfully the delivery driver must have had a lift gate and a pallet jack and unloaded it and brought it down a sloped driveway and put it outside the fence at the pool, the device weighs 350 pounds. Everything is OK but that's not what I'm used to seeing with freight deliveries. Normally, they will contact you before making a delivery to a residential address, and you have to sign the shipping ticket, accepting the delivery. Thanks to the shipper for their exceptional work. Doheny's needs to work on communications with the customer.

The product was easy to order and was delivered within a week. I have bought a 50 pound of chlorine tabs twice now. The product is good quality, is packaged better than other brands (so less odor in storage) and is less expensive than buying from others.

Ordered a common size solar cover and about 2 days following order, it was delayed a week in delivery. Not a big deal. The next day it was delayed another week. Seemed odd to delay two weeks for a fairly common item. Haven’t received the order, so can’t give much higher rating. Not a bad experience but not a good one either, just meh experience.

speedy service and delivery

I ordered a pool pump on Friday and it said if I ordered it by a certain time it would be next day delivery. My pump had gone out and I needed it for a pool party on Sunday. I got the pump on Tuesday and just a little late for my party which I had to cancel

When I placed the order, the site said it would be shipped on June 2nd. 10 days later, I still haven’t received it or any update.

The order was suppose to be overnight but did not arrive until 5 days later. I received an email stating it was going to be late. I called and asked to cancel the order because it would arrive to late. I was then informed it was shipped but I still would not receive it until 5 days later. I then said I would return it because I will have to purchase elsewhere. I was told I would have to pay for return shipping plus a restocking fee. The amount was more then what the order was for. Customer service was not friendly and was blunt about the entire situation. I will not be a returning customer.

My online experience was easy and user friendly. The information I needed to make my decision was available and clear.

So far, I'm pleased with the product quality and feel the prices are extremely competitive. I am disappointed by the lack of shipping / delivery options - with only one inescapable choice: Fed-Ex ground.

I questioned pricing with customer service. I was advise that my order would be cancelled and I should re purchase. I repurchased and it was not cancelled. Spent about 3 hours on the phone and was charged twice and then notified shock is not returnable. I spoke to 7-8 people. Customer Service is seriously lacking
