Our previous letting agent was acquired by a new Glasgow branch shortly before our lease ended, so we were concerned about the transition. However, the handover went smoothly, and the check-out services were professional and very efficient, with clear instructions. We received our deposit back within three days of returning the keys. Excellent service from Giulia and Yasser. Very quick to produce the schedule with lovely photos plus easy to follow all the admin needed to sell a property. It was on the market less than 2 weeks after initial consultation and viewings were handled by their office. Once offer was accepted everything went through smoothly. I have bought and sold a lot of properties and this was one of the easiest and stress free.

The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid them at all costs! Moved into our flat that had clearly not been cleaned with mould everyone and the floors not even been hoovered. After we moved out due to the disgraceful way we were treated (we didn’t have a shower for 3 months and DJ Alexander did not fix it), we have now been billed a £400 cleaning fee despite cleaning the flat from top to bottom before we moved out. They are clearly deleting reviews as I have never heard anyone say anything good about them.
