it was an easy process to follow and we found the support of a named person at Display Wizard very helpful. The pop-up stands look good and although not suitable for display outside on a windy day, are really good for indoors at conferences, presentations etc.

I left the handling of the item's return in another person's hands ( we are a volunteer group) and now realise that that is where the error lay.
