Admin had good customer service as i initially had a problem with online payment. Good communications throughout and art team were big on quality assurance. Product came on time.

I needed a small table top display board and this was by far the cheapest I found. However the quality is excellent and it was delivered promptly. A smaller item ordered at the same time was missing from the parcel but when I rang the company they apologised for their error and I received it first thing the next morning. No complaints and very happy with my purchase.

I recently ordered a roller banner from Display Wizard. The banner arrived on time and looked excellent - It was easy to put together and is of a high quality. The team at Display Wizard kept me up to date on progress and explained the process to me clearly. Their artwork instructions and template, and the video of the stand being assembled were really useful I wouldn't have any hesitations in using them again or recommending them.

Display Wizard is consistently the cheapest yet best display item provider around. I do compare prices each time before buying and you are always the cheapest. Next day delivery and the items are always in stock. Great service.

Called Display Wizard to see if they could deliver an order a day early. They answered the phone within seconds, checked and confirmed this was possible. They were great at answering additional questions. When the delivery guy only delivered the artwork (no stands) they worked really fast to find out where the other 2 parts were, called me back when they said they would and even got the courier to come back with the 2 bits he forgot to deliver (they were both on his van, he just forgot). Honestly I will use these guys again and again. The best service I've had from any company bar none. Use with confidence.

I'm a Commercial Manager and had no experience in ordering a trade stand and looked for a company that could take my problems away. I found Dispaly Wizzard to be that company, from helping me choose the best stand through to full art work they made the process very easy. Would recomend to anyone from novice the most experienced as they ensure you are fully aware and in control at each stage.

We have yet to receive our finished product, but the ordering process was easy and when I called the team to discuss our requirements they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If the exhibition stand and podium pack are anywhere as good as the service to date, we shall definitely buy from Display Wizard again as well as recommend them.

We bought simple snap frames in A3 and A1. They do the job very nicely (note that they obscure a small border around the image), are an excellent price, and were delivered quickly.
