The website is very badly done, I tried to order items to be delivered in France, which made it visibly SO complicated that I ended up on a page saying 'thank you for your purchase' when I haden't pay for anything, and now I keep receiving the newsletters and advertising but no answer to my questions. I order a lot of items on the internet for my job, and I can definitely say it's the first time that happens to me.
