After the air blower pump in our sewage unit burnt out, our service company told us that it would take at least 2 weeks to get a replacement and possibly up to a month. I found Direct Drainage on the internet and noted that they had the exact model in stock. My subsequent telephone call to them was answered by a very knowledgeable lady who confirmed they had the correct replacement at a price some £60 cheaper than I was quoted by my service company. Shipment quoted was 24 hours and it duly arrived the next day, very well packaged. I fitted it myself and all is now well. Excellent service.

Very helpful staff advised me which model had replaced my old Grunfos pump. Delivery was very quick and at a reasonable cost. I was kept informed throughout of the status of my order and when I could expect it to be delivered. The cost of the pump from Direct Drainage was the cheapest I found.
