I would like to give a 5* thus having recently had a job done at the Cribbs Causeway workshop. But the work was not done to perfection on my VW GOLF. Dent and scratches were given a quote for but all the scratches were not removed, and it was not cheap either! I was relatively very disappointed to still seeing some of the scratches! However, the work supposedly comes with a warranty or guarantee. So I will, in due time report the issues to them and will then review the outcome accordingly, to maybe giving them a 5*

Took my car in for repair on rear door, dropped of at Cribbs causeway, took my dog for a walk and on return found the dent virtually gone, this was a large deep dent near the door handle. Very pleased.

Needed a replacement rear bumper & fog lamp unit, the whole process was easy to arrange, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the work done at cribbs causeway was excellent, car washed prior to collection too 😊, can't rate it highly enough.
