I wanted to fix a few dents/scratches in my car as well as refurbishing my 4 alloys, the result has been excellent and the people at Whitby rd have delivered an excellent customer service. They facilitated updates on the works and provided ways around for any difficulties encountered. In the meantime I was able to use their courtesy car. Genuinely impressed with the whole experience, I highly recommend it.

Dentmagic were fast and effective. They fixed my car in a timely manner, charging me far less than other body shops. They also handled the insurance paperwork seamlessly, and they managed to waive £200 off of the excess! Though it took a while to get an appointment, I understand why, since they must be in high demand, given how good a service they provide.

Medium sized dent in boot lid of Renault Scenic. Called in to the Cribbs Causeway branch, had two quotes within 10mins of arrival. Called back two weeks later to book in and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get the repair done that same week. Car was dropped off and repaired on the arranged day and at the lower estimated cost. I would definitely use this branch again.

It does exactly what it says on the tin. They made an appointment for me on the Wednesday a one hour slot and it was like a magic the dent was gone and they did it within that one hour slot no removing off the panel no Paint absolutely magic.
