The dent was removed and the wing of the car again looked perfect although the technician said it wasn't quite perfect but absolutely the best he could do. It was certainly good enough to make me a very satisfied customer with this already seven year old car.

Found this site on line. Already had good reviews so decided to visit their cribbs site. Received warm welcome and given quick quote. Decided to make insurance claim and the staff could not have been more helpful in talking me through the application process. Haven’t had the repair done yet but have no doubt it will be very professionaly done.

This was my second visit to Dentmagic to have body work repaired as with my first visit the job was completed in a very professional manner and ahead of time. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Dentmagic.

I took my car to their Bristol branch for fixing a simple dent on the bumper. Although they were more expensive than any other places, I decided to go with them based on their high review. But, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences for me. The paint they used didn't match the car body and the painted part of the bumper got a completely different shade from the other side of the bumper and also from the car body itself (very obvious when looking at it from a meter away). When I took it back and showed them the issue, they started bringing excuses that the car has been resprayed before etc (if we assume that was true, they should have noticed it before they start the job if they were professionals). At the end to match the bumper paint to the body, they polished the car body which made my car so awful. Now, may car paint has been completely ruined and no one buys it as they think it has been involved in a heavy accident. Please don't use their service you will regret it! I have attached the estimate they gave me as a proof so that they cannot say I have not used them! Thanks for replying to my feedback. Regarding the reply, unfortunately, I didn't get any hint in advance that repainting the bumper would cause this huge mismatch in the car body paint! This was something that I should have been mentioned before painting the bumper such that I could decide whether to have a dent on the bumper or ruin my car's paint! This is why I chose you to carry out the job for me! Yes, and that's true that you offered to fix the mismatched paint but after painting the bumper and with a considerable extra charge! I decided not to do that at the time, but now it seems to be a huge issue for my car!!! I am happy to bring the car to you for the damage to be fixed and I will update my review afterwards if I am happy with the resolution.

Overall excellent service from the time I took the car in to the time I picked it up! The repair was excellent & you would never know the repair had been done. Highly recommended.

I had a small dent in tailgate of camper van. Happy with the repair but a little disappointed the back of the van was covered in dust when I collected it.
