Due to the location of the dent I had to take the car in for a visual estimate. Staff were great, efficient and friendly, and very open about what they might have to do. When I dropped the car in they were equally helpful and friendly, the courtesy car was clean and well-maintained, and the job they did is flawless. The initial quote was what I paid, and the car was ready a couple of hours early. Would definitely use again (but hope not to of course!).

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. I decided I wanted a quote for paint less dent removal using their website. Sending a picture of the area that needed repair was easy and I received an accurate quotation within the hour. I called in to accept the quote and was offered several options to book the car in. I arrived and met the friendly staff, offered a coffee and within the hour I was back on the road. Quality of the repair was excellent and couldn’t argue with the price paid. Would use dent magic again in a heartbeat I wish all businesses understood customer service like this team.

DentMagic have just completed a significant repair (whole new rear door) to my Land Rover Discovery to a very high standard. I chose DentMagic for this repair because they were so easy to deal with on a previous (non-paint) repair to a previous vehicle. I was impressed again this time. Communication was good, everything was simple and well-explained, and a courtesy car was provided. All the staff seem to know what they are doing, care about delivering a good experience, and genuinely work with customers' needs around dates, etc. I hope I never need another repair, but if I do, I'll come back to DentMagic for sure. Great company.
