I had a very complicated dent on the door crease of my BMW. They did a fantastic job of removing the dent and returning the car to its best condition. I was very impressed with the service and speed.
I was very pleased with the dent and scratch repair done on my vehicle, perfectly colour matched. The times advised to me for undertaking the work were adhered to, so everything was done very professionally.
The estimate was promptly delivered, there was flexibility in the dates and the finished work is very pleasing. The loan car was entirely adequate and I was pleased to get my car back half a day earlier than originally planned. All contacts were courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately, for me, it’s the second time in three months, I’ve had my new car door dented by other doors. On both occasions Dentmagic carried out a fantastic job. All dents were removed on both occasions within the hour. No sign of the dents and you can’t even see where they were, clean, efficient and fair priced fantastic job. Thank you guys!
The manager went out of his way to organise a technician to visit my address and work on the dent. They guy who turned up was polite, courteous and professional in his mannerisms and approach. He did a fantastic job and although he could still see it (due to his experience), I could not see where the dent was.
Having previously used Dentmagic earlier this year, I enquired in person to ask if they could refresh a couple of small areas on my car? After an initial inspection of the areas in question, I was given a date a week later for the work to be carried out within one day - this suited me fine. I dropped my car off at opening time and was pleased to be phoned and told the car was ready for collection by mid afternoon! Again, the new paintwork was a perfect match to the original. The whole procedure, from initial contact through to completion, was carried out with customer consideration and personal contact via email and telephone. I have no hesitation in recommending Dentmagic.

Took car in for repairs just before 8am. Courtesy car waiting. Call came at lunchtime. Car ready at 4pm. Arrived 3.40pm settled my bill. Rob and Ellie were very efficiant and professional. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
