Excellent invisible repair to door ding.

Our car required a new wing and spray to match after being vandalised. We took it to the Whitby Road branch. It was assessed and the work booked for the following week. We were able to have a courtesy car for the duration of the work, which was completed in 3 days. The standard of the repair was excellent. The staff were efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dent Magic for any repairs.

Dentmagic did a really good job, and I have been very pleased with the outcome. Photo based quote was competitive, and the phone reception very helpful and friendly. . Only slight reservation is that the very pleasant guy who took the car in said that if they did the job as quoted they couldn’t guarantee the paint match would be perfect. He then offered a couple of further pieces of work that would have added hundreds of pounds to the cost (blending in old and new on he adjacent panel, and replacing the clear plastic paint protector adjacent to the damaged part of the panel). Having said no to any further work, I was relieved to find on collecting the car that the job had been well done, the paint match was good, and I was happy that the other extra work would have been of little benefit. While the offer of additional work was a genuine option, it would have been better to have raised it before the original quote was offered and accepted.

Scuff on front bumper repaired on my drive by Daryl. Amazing job. No sign of scuff and perfectly matched to existing paintwork. Even my 12 year old grandson, with his perfect vision could not fault it. Daryl was punctual, polite and friendly.

I arrived to obtain a quote on a Wednesday thinking I would have to book my car in, however the technician was able to fit me in for the removal of two small dents on the bonnet, fantastic job and I can’t see or remember where they were.

Repaired a dent in a ridged area of side door panel. Completely invisible to the naked eye. All done with minimal fuss.

Took my car in to have some scratches repaired at very short notice. The guys at Dentmagic were amazing and fitted me in that day. The work done was fantastic. A couple of days later I found another very small scratch that needed to be fixed, I called in without an appointment and it was done there & then free of charge. This scratch was not something they had done, nor was it near the first repair and been missed, this was a completely different area. I couldn’t thank them enough for such brilliant service
