Daryl from Cribbs Causeway shop did a great job for me yesterday morning. He gave me a call the day before to confirm the time. I was really worried that the cold snap would cause a big challenge to do repair for bumper scuffs at an outdoor driveway at my house. But Daryl just came at the agreed time and finished the job within an hour. The workmanship was brilliant! The bumper looked brand new as if I never made that silly parking mistake before! He also made a nice touch-up for the chips on my car door edge. The quote was very reasonable in terms of the service quality. Will definitely recommend to anyone who are in need of decent car bodywork repair in this area.

My excellent experience began last week when l popped into my local Dent Magic depot. Greated by very pleasant young lady who examined my car, Took some photos, and prepared my estimate. An appointment was made for yesterday and the work was completed by a competent young man whilst I enjoyed a coffee, waiting in reception. From booking to completion everything was absolutely perfect! Maddie was a superstar booking the car in for a convenient time and date, Rob who carried out the repair was also a superstar, vehicle is back to looking brand new and for a fraction of the cost quoted by the main dealer, I would recommend Dent Magic without hesitation and will be using them again.

Lovely job done quickly, an annoying dent is now completely invisible with an excellent paint match. Helpful staff and a price that was considerably cheaper than two other quotes I obtained.

We had a small dent in the door of our new car (caused by flying wheelie bin) and took it into the Cribbs Causeway branch for an estimate. We were seen immediately, given an assessment of the chances (95%) of the dent being completely removed (it was in a tricky position for internal access) and given a very reasonable cost estimate (£85 + VAT). We were told it could be done there and then and could collect the car 45 minutes later (spent having a coffee in the adjacent McDonald’s). We were delighted with the result. 100% perfect. Magic indeed! There is no sign of the dent at all. And the staff who dealt with us were friendly and helpful throughout. Five star service. Strongly recommended.
