As a small retail saver, buys shares/ETFs a few times a year, DeGiro's platform, website and low fees suit me perfectly.
Clear & straightforward online trading platform for retail investors. Also their client helpdesk is excellent. When I had an issue with two-factor authentication and lost access to my account, I called their helpdesk worried it might be a difficult & bureaucratic process to regain access. However after going through basic security checks they restored my access straight away - which was quite a relief.
