Never had a problem with DEGIRO until I needed customer service. I've sent 7 emails regarding switching my bank account details. I got a reply in the first email. All others were ignored. My new bank acc is a joint account. It says on the website "Sent proof of payment and account details". My deposits were rejected 3 times. And I keep getting ignored. DEGIRO keeps making the website pretty. But they're forgetting customer service is important too. I'll be looking to move my money elsewhere.
This website is easy to manage, simple to get your funds in and out at short notice. The fees are fair for small investors to take a flutter on the market.

I only use the site for purchase/sale of equities. This is a very easy to use platform. Plenty of relevant information on all the companies and have had no issues in the last 3 years. Would recommend it as you weigh up which companies you wish to invest in but follow the 4 rules - diversification in your portfolio, large well financed companies, long record of dividends, know your price limit that you will pay for the stock.
Easy to use, old school platform but easy to navigate. Been using Degiro for years and love the monthly free ETF trades and simplicity to make transactions and see profit/loss. Much easier than other platforms I have used.
Very quick execution of a limit order 'send to exchange' and comfortably on the good side of the limit. Good job.
