Absolutely first class customer service from Stu and Jo. They are both so knowledgeable, helpful and patient - I asked lots of questions! I am delighted with my new awning.

Our caravan was recently serviced at Davan, and some bodywork blemishes were also made good. We collected it yesterday, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of repair carried out by Gerry, and the courtesy wash carried out, and by Kieron, who in addition to carrying out the service carried out another repair. Good work all round and the sort of thing which will make customers return. Also the very friendly approach of the service receptionist, a perfect ambassador for the Davan brand.

I ordered two Isabella chairs. Best price I could find, no delivery cost. Delivered within 3 days. Packaged very well. Good communication from the delivery company. Can’t fault.

This is the first time that we have had dealings with Davan, and we are very impressed by the care and attention we received. We were given a very thorough tour of the little caravan that we had purchased? All our questioned answered. Everything went smoothly, and we weren’t rushed into anything. I chose Davan as they sell new and used campervans and motorhomes and are dealers for a number of manufacturers. All the motorhomes are open to have a look around and there is no pressure to buy. We bought a brand new Knaus Boxlife Pro 540 and are very pleased with it, we had a couple of minor teething problems which they sorted out without issue and I would be happy to buy another motorhome from Davan in the future.

I have just had my caravan serviced for the first time which wasn’t bought from Davans. They could not have been more pleasant. Friendly and professional, answering any questions I may have. Caravan serviced on time, delivered and collected same day. Next year free wash 😃

I have bought 3 motorhomes over the years from Davan and have been very happy with the service, friendly and competent staff on each occasion. My latest purchase - a ten year old RS Equinox - had a couple of issues which were fixed very quickly under warranty. I think the staff at Davan are a real credit to the company - I have always been impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. I have no connection with Davan other than as a satisfied customer.

Well what can I say I telephoned davans about a awning had a loverly lady called jo she helped me so much I'm appreciated the staff are very friendly and ready to help you I recommend davan caravans also stu and jo helped bring to the car well done to both off them

We have an Autotrail F60 which we purchased new from Davan. We had to take it in for some warranty work. The whole process was made easy and efficient. Special thanks to Leah in the office for her extensive knowledge and Ian in the workshop who went above and beyond, working late so that we could return home that evening. Excellent after sales.

we never received registration documents within the time limit so now had to pay £25 for dvla Davan has not been that helpful also they have not replied to our e mail considering we have just bought a new motorhome from them

We visited Davan Caravans to have a look at some full length caravan awnings set ups, so as to get an idea of what we might like to purchase and at what cost at a later stage. Long story short, we actually ended up purchasing a Dorema Dakolta Delux Star Camp full length awning. This was entirely down to Stuart McGarry, who was on hand to answer all our questions and to tell us more about this particular awning that we had shown a keen interest in. The deal breaker for us really was that he genuinely offered to knock some money off the retail cost of this awning, due to the fact that it had been purchased just a couple of days prior to our visit and then returned the same day, as it was the wrong size. He did say he had warned the purchaser re this, but they choose to ignore his advice. (I knew I needed a size 14 awning and Stuart double checked that for me on his database). The poles had never been out of the box or storage bag, the end and side panels never unwrapped. Just the awning had been put onto a caravan once, the purchaser found it to be too short and then put back into the storage bag. By chance too, we met a lovely couple who had purchased the exact same awning a few days earlier and they could not praise it enough. They had returned to buy some more items from the well stocked shop. We also picked up a full length carpet at a discount rate, because we were now buying a new awning. We took it back to our site, took down our blow up half length awning and put this new one up. Took 3hrs to do the first time (including a beer break!) and I now have it down to 1.5hrs, all up and pegged down. Truthfully, I was a bit wary of the poles set up process, but in reality it was no where near as hard as I was imaging it to be. In reality, the x32 poles, drops to x18 in total, once you have set up the poles that slide into each other and can stay like that. And it was actually very easy to put up and down, after some trial and error along the way. Thank you Stuart, we really appreciated your professional, unbiased input and advice. Davan - we will return one day for sure.

I had a very old caravan that I took in for a service. Davan rung me the same day to say that it couldn't be repaired. They fully explained what the problems where and were very helpful suggesting options on disposal. They had also done work in the past to keep my old caravan on the road. I can't thank them enough for their sympathetic and helpful approach.

I contacted this company interested in a Motorhome they were selling. We came to an agreement on price and was told an inspection will not be possible until Mid August. After a no reply to a question I asked I messaged again. I was then told the vehicle was sold and I should have given a deposit if I was interested in the Motorhome. I was not told of this deposit policy, if I had I would have gladly given one. Bad Customer Service.

Outstanding Company and exceptional level of service. Professional and fantastic, efficient and caring teamwork. Purchased a Roller Team 707 in March at a very good price indeed. Travelled from Glasgow and met at the airport by Oliver, what a nice friendly genuine guy. On route to the showroom he stopped by a service station so we could get a coffee and a bite to eat. On arriving at the showroom staff fussed over us providing us with more drinks. I would like to thank Lonsdale for all his help from purchasing via phone and for his time and patience on the day, methodical in his handover and thank you to Jo who went above and beyond to help me get a really nice awning at a very good price adding the attachment at no cost. They had also filled the tank with diesel, unbelievable!!!! All we had to do was jump in the van and head home. The motorhome is everything I wanted, very pleased with the purchase and worth the 7.5 hrs drive home. I've never experienced this level of customer care before, it was exceptional.
