Davan caravans, motorhomes and campervans range is wide and incredible! Their services and maintenance are of highest quality we know of. We ordered our van with many technical extras to suit/fit our #vanlife and they’ve done a superb job. Powerful solar panel with a huge battery bank, Maxxfan fitted and many more bits to make any trip more comfortable and secure. Whether it’s a motorhome, caravan, campervan or camping equipment such as awning, tents etc your home needs a home and Davan does it best with 85 years in the business! Cheers 🥂🎉

I am so happy with our new van, which we purchased at Davan. They are real motorhome specialists, very friendly family-run company. There’s a great camping equipment shop on site, which is also available online. Real pleasure to deal with!

What I like most about these guys is that they take great care to make sure the vehicle suits your needs. They spent ample time with us going over how we may want to use a motorhome, showed us a variety of layouts, vehicle sizes and explained in detail each option we can go for and whether we practically need it or not. With 84 YEARS in the business they definitely demonstrated to us they know their stuff! To top it up their prices are great. We’ve looked around for a long time and are very glad to have gone with Davan Caravans Ltd. highly recommended!

Very disappointing service, especially as our caravan was purchased from Davan. Rang 3 times to enquire about replacing a broken flyscreen urgently as just sold van and new owners were collecting in a couple days. Was assured each time that my calls would be returned but no. Even told they were very busy but I rang first thing and didn't need info straight away, just by the end of the day which I was assured would happen. I just wanted to place an order. Staff were disinterested at best and I was also cut off on one call and no-one bothered to ring me back. Terrible customer service. I then phoned Highbridge Caravans and got information straight away whilst on the phone!

We bought our third motorhome, a Pilote from Davan in Aug 2016. We had always had excellent service from the previous two dealers. Despite having had our new vehicle for a month, they did not do a pre delivery check on it. We got home to find at least 6 faults with it including broken shelves in the fridge, electrics to toilet not working, radio didn't work, the grey valve could not be opened plus others. When we called them about it the attitude was extremely indifferent and arrogant. Bring it in, they said expecting us to do the 200 mile round trip, again. This was appalling service, but their arrogance was breathtaking. They even sent me a card asking how could they improve? Unbelievable! Thank goodness we have sinced changed to a Burstner from Chelston Motorhomes, where the customer care is the opposite of Davan's. I BELIEVE Davans service would only be complimented if customers experienced no faults. Having worked myself for many years in customer service Davan have no idea how to deal with customers who have a genuine grievance. I also cannot recommend Pilote as they clearly sent the vehicle out unfinished.

I drove from Stourport to Weston on 5th May for a pre-arranged visit to Davan to part exchange my motorhome for an Autocruise Tribute 669. A representative from Davan had given me a part exchange valuation by email and said he would see me on Sunday. The agent that I arranged to meet was not on site when we arrived but had left details with another agent, the only other agent on site that dealt with motorhomes, this agent told us where the van was and left us to look around it. He joined us after around 10 minutes, said he needed to check over our van and went to get his damp meter. He did all of the outside checks then checked for damp which was clear. He then went outside and returned to tell us that someone else wanted to leave a deposit on the van that we were buying and there was nothing that he could do about it. I can't believe that they sold the van to someone else while we were in the middle of doing our part exchange. I work in an organisation that relies on customer goodwill and I have to say that this is the worst case of customer care that I have ever witnessed. SHODDY. I have now spoken to the owner of the company and he has informed me of a few facts that I should have been told on the day. The couple that bought the van had already been shown around the vehicle earlier that day, their part exchange evaluation had already been done and approved. This is the only negative review that I have ever given and would not have done so if given the right facts. Still only 3 stars though due to lack of communication,during and after the event. We have purchased three motorhomes from Davan and have been treated in a professional and very friendly manner by the sales team. The support of Aftersales/Workshop have worked on the van due to accidents and servicing and have always been very friendly, courteous, and most particular in doing the work properly.

Bought our Abbey Cardinal caravan from Davan in 2004 and thanks to their regular servicing it still feels like a new outfit. Never had any leeks or worries about the plumbing or electrics. The shop has all our touring needs at sensible prices and the staff are always pleasantly helpful.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Their customer service was dreadful & fobbed me off with all sorts of rubbish. The attitude from the management when I politely raised my complaints after six months of being given the run around was outrageous: going back on a promise to extend a warranty & personally handing over a van that was still not ready. I wouldn't even buy a groundsheet from this company, let alone a motorhome. With their disgraceful standards & attitude to customers I am amazed they are still in business.

Davan carried out an annual damp check on my 3 year old Pilote motorhome today. They did it last year as well. An excellent friendly service. They gave me a comprehensive diagram of the whole van with all of the many readings marked on. Just a one hour labour charge and I was back on the road after an hour. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

i must say that i was extremely happy with the service i was provided at davan. the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. as a newbie to motor homing there was a lot for them to explain, but this was no problem for them. i purchased a motorhome that was perfect for me and my family. the service record and condition of the motorhome was very good and organised. all tests were carried out that meant i was ready to go. before taking the motorhome staff member lonsdale evans spent a long time explaining all aspects of the motorhome in detail which was very comforting. thank you lonsdale i would recomend you to all my family and friends you really are second to none.

Right from the start,the guys and girls at Davan got it right. We found the caravan we were looking for, and for a small deposit, they held it for us until we sold our motorhome. The price was fair, and the accessories we bought at the same time were both useful and well priced. When the time came to pick up our caravan, it was beautifully clean and ready to go. (There were a few very minor issues, but these were dealt with very satisfactorily by their marvellous after sales dept!). So if you're looking for personal, no pressure service, a team that are as good as their word (a rare commodity these days!), value for money and a great buying experience....Davan is Da Man (and Da Woman!) I tried a lot of places for my Welly Toppers and there I found Davan Caravans had them. I ordered them and, by golly, they arrived very quickly, This is a company I will look at again if I need something for field/touring

Very good range of products on show, particularly the isabella awning range which I have bought from them. Good service both in store and via the Internet, importantly they are very competitive on price. They also offer a loyalty discount card, worth getting. All round a first class supplier.

We bought our first motorhome, a Roller Team T590, from Davan Caravans during a visit to the NEC in Oct 2015. We picked the van up in March 2016 and right from the start we received excellent service from Mark, Issac and the team. The T590 has been a first-rate starter van. We have put 12,000 miles on the clock in 18 months whilst still working full time. We have visited Northern France, whizzed around Scotland's NC500 and just recently returned from a European adventure including Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France and Luxembourg. We also regularly visit CL sites in the UK on every available weekend. If you're thinking of waiting until you retire to buy your first motorhome, forget that and just do it. You’ll never look back!

The complete and utter honesty, professionalism knowledge, advice and support offered by every member of staff you meet. If this were not the case our family would not have purchased in excess of 25 new caravans from them over the last 40+ years. Glen the owner and Richard the Caravan Sales Director lead an excellent team who have nothing but your best interest in mind.
