Having looked on line for a replacement Strimmer Line I found Dapetz and decided to purchase the item from this company communication was 5* and delivery was very fast I would recommend to any one.
I purchased a tool for £299.99 online. Dapetz confirmed the package had been dispatched and would arrive within 4 days. Item did not arrive on promised date. Then Dapetz cancelled my order due to an "incorrect product link", whatever that might be!!!. So basically they made a fraudulent sale, lied about shipping the product, failed to deliver, and have not refunded as yet ..... AVOID THIS COMPANY.
