I bought a rivet gun from them. it literally disintegrated after around 50 rivets. Since it was after after 60 days (i did not use immediately after i bought it), they rejected any support. The tool was obviously faulty from the beginning, otherwise it would have lasted longer. Interesting fact: They write in their T&C on the ebay store that they provide 12m guarantee. Still they refused to even entertain the thought of a repair or a replacement. Instead I got quite rude messages and a reply, that the guarantee is not valid for all goods, even if it says clearly so on the web page (QUOTE: "12 Month Guarantee - If any of the goods we supply fails to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship vou mav return them to us for a refund at anv time in the first 12 months"). It seems that they are only ok if nothing goes wrong. Trying to call them does also not work. Nobody picks up the phone. I have no idea where they get their good reviews from.

Unfortunately it was not the cable that I purchased, because it had a problem, the 5 stars are for Dapetz's Fast Delivery, and the way they handled my Complaint, with Very rapid Refund of my money, they did not haggle, or argue, they listened, then promptly Refunded my money. Thank you Dapetz for your excellent customer service.

I ordered a 50m tape measure but received a 10m accidentally. However the way this inaccuracy was delt with was nothing short of fantastic and i received the corrct otem with utmost speed and totall professionalism. ( everyone can make mistake however its how its delt with that maters)
