I ordered a spanner from Dapetz, unfortunately it got lost through the system. I contacted the company and explained that it did not arrive. They quickly responded and asked if I need a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it arrived a few days later, well done Faizan and team.

I purchased an M5 helicoil thread repair kit. It arrived in good time, with good communication prior. I haven't used the kit yet, but it appears to be off good quality.

I bought a few items from these guys( Dapetz), I'd never heard of them before I saw their advert and their stuff was such a bargain I took a punt. Most of the stuff arrived, but one item( a bench grinder )-marked as delivered by the carrier- did not. I e-mailed them, actually got an answer, and without demur, They sent a a replacement grinder. The price of this was under £10, a steal in itself. These guys have principles, so keep them in mind if you are buying tools.

I had a terrible experience with this seller. The price of the item I purchased was reduced, but after placing my order, the item never arrived. Instead, I was asked to cancel my order due to an "error." To make things worse, the seller provided me with a fake DHL tracking number, which is clear evidence of fraudulent behavior. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Avoid this seller at all costs!

Ordered several items from this seller via Amazon, all marked as dispatched with tracking details provided. After booking day off work and waiting in all day for delivery, the items were refunded with no contact from seller. However, all items are still showing as dispatched with tracking codes which are fabricated as having contacted the courier, codes do not exist. Clever way for seller to cancel the order without marking it as cancelled to get around Amazon marketplace rules and promote their products as top sellers on Amazon platform. Have escalated this fraudulent behaviour much further.

the seller reduced the price of the product, after I bought it, he asked me to cancel the order. After 2 days I received order tracking number with a fake number. Show me DHL and it’s not correct.

ordered 2 padlocks via ebay, items did not arrive by the expected date. Communications with the seller were prompt, replacements were offered but not needed as Padlocks arrived a few days later via a neighbour who had found them on his doorstep.
