Imtr long stainless Steal ruler ordered through Amazon never arrived. Amazon didn`t offer full refund option only return item! I sent a message via Amazon stating circumstances and got no place. Ordered an item that was lost in the post, Dapetz were helpful with great communication and the issue was resolved as soon as possible.

Dapetz were relatively efficient dealing with this lost order which had been declared "delivered" by the Royal Mail, eventually replacing the missing items and sending them quickly to me when all investigations had been exhausted. Since I had been suffering from blizzard of undelivered items courtesy of another well-publicised courier with problems, I needed this result to restore a little faith in the mail-order system. Many thanks.

Bought 2 gas regulators from them via Amazon. Both are of poor dangerous design and leak around the bottle nose piece as it is only lightly crimped on. Tried to return them but apparently they are excluded from return. Contacted the seller via Amazon and they were unhelpful and obstructive.

I needed a tool for working on jewellery and needed it quite, and I got it within 48hrs the tool is better than the one I was replacing and the cost was super low I'll be returning in the future verdict:-☆☆☆☆☆ people.

These small pliers are incredibly good value for money, cheaper than anything else I could find on Ebay, including postage and packing. I bought them to remove blackthorn thorns from my mountain bike tyres but will also find them useful around the house and garden. They are well made, each around 10 -12cms long with orange or red rubberised handles. They came either individually packaged or in twos. Ebay advised that the seller had dispatched them on 21/12/22 via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracking service and advised that I should expect them between 29/12/22 and 04/1/23 but regardless of the Christmas rush and mail worker strikes they were delivered next day on 22/12/22. This was excellent and speedy service and I wrote to thank and congratulate the seller who replied with a grateful and friendly email. I highly recommend this product and the seller.
