I do like many of the clothes that are sent, but they are very pricey items. I don’t know how much input the stylist actually has on anything. I’ve asked to have items removed before shipping and they were, but still mentioned in the note from the stylist upon arrival. I did ask for a non-white dress to wear to my cousin’s wedding rehearsal dinner and a white and black dress arrived. Not huge problems, but annoyances with the lack of personal touch when I’m spending quite a bit more money on clothes than I typically would.

Nice quality clothing that fits well. Styles are fun and not something I would necessarily pick out. Easy to return what I don’t want.

I enjoyed trying on all the pretty tops and pants, and the skirt, I received in this box. Great clothing! The prices prevented me from keeping more items.

The selections were cute. Several of the pieces were interchangeable with others. My stylist made decisions based off my profile that seemed like she knew my shape and style so well!

Absolute CRAP. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company. There are so many styling companies out there that actually TRY to provide good service and LISTEN to what your style desires are. I gave this company way too many chances. This last round - they sent a preview for my box on June 11. I opened the email, saw the items and chose 3 that I did not like - assuming the company would do their part and replace those items with something I might actually like. Instead, the company did nothing and sent the box out exacty as shown in the box preview email. I had also previously commented to my stylist that I dislike anything "high waist". Unfortunately the stylist didn't bother reading my comments and sent 3 items in this box that are "high waisted". What a complete scam and ripoff. Total waste of money.

Way too expensive! Canceled my account and deleted my payment info 3 months ago and I am still being charged a styling fee every month! Do not recommend this business. Very shady dealings

Easy process. But was not expecting items to be so expensive

I was really looking forward to receiving my first box and really loved what my stylist put together for me. When my box arrived I opened it almost immediately but was shocked by what I found. There weren't any clothes in the box, just an old calculator. I took a video and photo and sent it to customer service. They were very responsive, which is why I'm even giving them 2 stars. They said the box appeared to be tampered with (I guess the way it was taped up wasn't how they typically seal their boxes). Call me crazy but I was disappointed that they didn't offer anything for the hassale especially since I was hoping to wear one of the pieces to an event that weekend. But they reassured me that they'd rush out another box, which I was content with since I was eager to receive the items my stylist had picked out. Fast forward to 10days later and I still hadn't received anything. I finally emailed customer service again and asked to cancel my subscription. They admitted that a second box was supposed to be sent out but never was ... and again, I was never offered anything for the headache. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately ill never use DailyLook again.

My stylist is amazing! I'm trying things I never would buy in store

I loved using the DailyLook when I was traveling for work. My stylist understood what I needed and sent great styles. I hate shopping and loved the convenience of getting good quality clothes with styling notes. I cancelled because I work from home and travel much less, so I don’t need to dress up as much. Their customer service is amazing!

Kept 3 items that were very much what I'd wanted. It appeared someone listened. as they were totally on point. Two jumpsuits and a dress, all perfect for summer and into fall. Usually I find one item I like at most. Gotta say all the returned stuff was totally wrong.

I grew up shopping clearance racks for clothes. After the first box I knew I would never be able to find clothes like this in all the places I could shop at home. Or, I would not have thought to pick something like that for myself. I did not know I could be this excited about wearing clothes. Since I started, I have worn Dailylook clothes for almost every outing. They are versatile, functional, fit well, look great, wash easy, and are comfortable all at the same time.

Although it did not work for me DL has excellant customer service.

I like the clothing options sent. However, the price of many of the items do not reflect the quality.

The clothing is quality material. I like some of the styles though I think they've less of a nice selection for larger women. Only clothing is available, no shoes or jewelry, or accessories. The prices are on the high end for most all items. The convenience of the shipping and the assist of a stylist makes this type of shopping agreeable for me as I don't have time for a full on store shopping experience.

My experience with Daily look was amazing the stylist sent me items that I loved the full box was a keeper. The drawback for me at times is the prices on certain items this subscription can be pricy.

I’m really happy with Dailylook! They listen well and provide great options. I was hesitant about receiving so many items at once, but the discounts at 3 items and 5 items is really helpful and returning everything else is super easy! Items are high quality - sometimes too expensive for me, but it’s also nice to try on things I’d never consider if I was out shopping for myself because of the price tag. I’d love an app with photos of ensembles - like a picture of me plus the different items so I have a clear visual of recommended combinations.

Stylist obviously didn’t read profile. Clothing was made of poor quality fabric. Box contained >70% of things I said I didn’t want or wouldn’t wear. Sent box back in 2/24 and cancelled subscription. Just received another box and charge $40 . Had been told that this was cancelled in 2/24. The very nice CS person yesterday found that you had not canceled like requested after Feb shipment had been received back in warehouse. Thus , another box was sent out of which I am sending back, contents exactly as received. How do you expect me to wear jeans inseam of 32” on my 5’1” body? Material again feels very inexpensive and looks like poor quality. Lori German has assured me that she will watch for box to arrive at the warehouse and proceed with the cancellation of this and the subscription. I’ve never had such a problem canceling a subscription for anything. You 1st customer service person is rated poor. Lori German was excellent.

Cute clothes and very easy to work with. Returns are super simple!
