This company is amazing!! 🤩 they work with you and true to their word! Every piece of clothing I received was on point and they are working with me on my financial situation and illness. My stylist is the best Ryley and the CS team is exceptional

If I could give them fewer stars, I would. They have charged me THREE times for the same box and same order number. Assuming it was just a simple error, I inquired about getting it corrected and to refund my overpayments. I was assured it was being addressed, but still have not received any refund or follow up. Additionally, they charged me for all items in a box, even though I only kept about half of them AND returned the box within the given window. According to their policy, I shouldn't have been charged the entire amount. And if this wasn't enough, I have attempted to call and chat with someone at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday. The phone message says they are closed because it is after their regular hours - but Thursday afternoon is within their operating hours. AND no one responds to the chat. If I didn't see so many people participating with this company, I would be certain that I was scammed. The poor accounting, poor customer service/follow-up, and poor accessibility are appalling. Make sure you double-check how much you were charged. And I wouldn't recommend using this service.

They send me about a dozen items, which is great to look through and try on. A big turn off for me is that the prices are ridiculously high. The only way I can justify making purchases is the 50percent off if you buy so many items. It's still pricey, costs me over $300 every time. I would like to shop this way monthly, but due to the prices have to do quarterly. The quality of the clothes is very nice. I am happy with my purchases.

I was sent a top that I liked and was going to keep. The quality of the shirt was horrible. It ran and snagged within one hour of very gentle use. Dailylook did not stand behind the quality and wanted me to pay for it. Had this situation happened with Nordstrom, it would have been taken care of. Also, I was keeping one of ten items per box. Not enough benefit for the trouble. All items were so similar and not at all the variety or look that they advertise.

Had a miscommunication and was issued a refund no problem. Great quality clothes. Definitely got a few staples in each box.

If you want to "cancel online" they still have a customer service rep call you to "complete the transaction" before you're actually done. The practices are also shady (receipts not matching card charge, priced above buying direct from the brands, shop items being "returnable" only if you call). ETA: Nobody called. I got an email the next day asking if there was anything they could do, but if I didn't respond my cancellation would be processed. A couple days later, I got a confirmation. Support is also responsive, but I'd expect better self-service and a smoothless online experience for the price of this service.

I know it is partially my fault and I should have switched stylists but 2 orders came and went and I liked nothing in the box. I asked for dresses and received none.
