Had a few custom built PCs from cyberpower for my sons over the years. Customer service is always fantastic, such a friendly, patient helpful team and the PCs have also been built perfect and worked great. Will continue to use them for many more years to come.

The pc came the very next day with everything intact it was excellently protected from the gpu to the case and the setup was nice and fast with very little difficulty

I ordered my new setup over the festive period in 2024 on Standard Delivery as someone I know also had Cyberpower-built PC. The order tracking tool was super useful for me to monitor order progress from production, QA and dispatch as I was a bit hyped about it. After dispatch, DPD sent me a time slot for delivery the next working day, a couple of days before my holiday break. Delighted with the quality of my new rig, no issues or fuss. Thank You so much guys for all your work especially over this busy season!

The support team get back to you quickly

This was a purchase for my son for Christmas. Plenty of choice on the website and once bought, I was kept up to date through every stage of build to delivery via email. Order was placed on the Wednesday night and delivery was by Friday the same week. I will definitely be using Cyberpower for future upgrades or anything else I need for a PC.

Technical queries raised in the days following install were dealt with very quickly, can not fault the support.

Found the website easy to use and pleasant to speak to when I called them. Communication was good throughout.

The first guaranteed delivery time was not up held and a really bad excuse given as to why. I arranged a different delivery day and received email confirmation for this, this date too was changed forcing me to take a day off work and losing hundreds of pounds and letting a customer down. The guarenld deliver was both given on phone and via email, not once but twice the dates were not upheld yet guaranteed. A reason for the first date given was a production issue yet the PC was a PREBUILT meaning it should have already been built and therefore have had nothing to do with production.

I recently purchased a computer and the customer service experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We had to cancel the first order because they couldn’t change the delivery address. For the second order, the delivery date was changed five times, all due to delays on their end—extremely unprofessional. They even promised a weekend delivery, and we ended up waiting both Saturday and Sunday with nothing showing up. While we eventually received the PC, the entire process was so frustrating and unprofessional that we will look elsewhere for our next purchase. Very disappointed.

Delivered on time. Parcels in good condition. Items were as ordered. Support was available when I called for minor setup assistance. Would recommend to friends and family.

I’m happy with the final product and the excellent customer service throughout. When the PC arrived, it wouldn’t connect to any display and emitted a couple of beeps. After troubleshooting, I discovered a CPU fault. CyberPower quickly arranged a courier for a replacement but I decided to return the whole PC instead. Their engineers inspected it and returned it with Windows installed (though not activated). I was informed the initial issue was due to the OS not being installed, which seemed odd since a PC should still boot into BIOS. That aside, I’d recommend this company for their responsive and efficient customer service.

Cyberpower have been my first stop for laptops and PC's for years. I have chosen off the shelf and personalised builds and have never been disappointed

Computer works ok but the fan lights stopped working in less than a week

I don't know how good their PCs are because I couldn't buy one. I tried three different payment methods - including Pay-pal, and each one was rejected as potential fraud. When I rang their customer services, the representative sounded bored and uninterested. I will not try to buy from them again.

Got pc all good.

Got my pc before expecting time. Whole build was made in less than 2 hours . Needed pc ASAP as my old one died and I had many projects to do ( I am game dev). Pc came fully secured with additional cables (for upgrade) . You are doing excellent work guys , I'll recommend you !

Used them before however if I was to pay before 2pm can I collect same day instead of next day delivery on a pre built pc?
