There was a slight delay sending out the order. Good communication, and a free mouse pad New PC arrived - well packaged It's up and running - there are a lot of updates when booting up a new PC, as expected Everything is running great so far :) edit: just adding that i've played Indiana Jones, and Cyberpunk - super fast and smooth I can really tell the difference with my old system, but the old system was 6.5 years old

Lots of correspondence so far, however I haven’t needed to use customers services directly and have a conversation.

The dispatch wasn't an ideal experience but they did do their best to rectify it. I ordered back at the start of December, with an 11th December dispatch date. We got to the 11th and their tracker hadn't even moved towards building so I called and was told no worries defo being sent today. Night of the 11th I get an e-mail saying they've had delays but don't worry it will go the 12th instead. On the 12th nothing happens until I e-mail and get a replying saying sorry more delays, its going to be the 13th. They did give me a free Saturday delivery which was good of them, so hopefully it arrives tomorrow. I just wish they'd been a bit clearer with the timescales, you don't go from should be released to not even started to build something :-). The other element of frustration was I went to Cyberpower because I wanted a pre-built machine. There website let me choose to add an extra SSD, because when you game 2TB isn't much these days when every game is 100GB or more. I was informed on the 12th during being told about the second delay that I couldn't have this installed as the machine I'd ordered was a set spec and the website shouldn't of allowed this. I was told they could post it out to me to install and it was an easy job, which does raise the question, if its so easy why couldn't they just slot it in for me? When you run a pre-built PC store, you attract people who want a finished product, letting them order it and changing the offer 2 weeks later is a bit frustrating. This has been a little bit of an annoying experience, but I will say the PC I'm replacing I also got from Cyberpower, and its just had its 10th birthday. Apart from being old and under powered it works perfectly fine and spare an SDD failure a few years ago I've had no issues at all.

Ordered a gaming PC with the spec to play msfs 2024. Nice build, needed help with some of the wiring when assembling due to it coming loose when I removed the packing needed for transit, but rang the company and received all the assistance I needed to plug the wiring where it needed to go.

The service was good but I had to knock one star off simply because the ordering web site was not intuitive and having chosen the components I wanted it was very unclear how to put the order into the basket. After I purchased & paid for my computer I got an email stating "Your cart is about to expire. We hope you are still thinking about it. Here's what you left behind, when you're ready to buy, simply complete your order". This was a bit disconcerting but CyberPower responded very quickly to assure me that everything was OK. I have purchased several CyberPower machines over the decades & I will probably purchase more in future. The issues I raised here won't put me off but I hope CP will fix the problems before my next purchase!

They send me a faulty one which is obviously open box, not even sealed. Scuff marks on it, defective display, When you want to return they give you the run around - their techs are apparently unable to cross reference their own order number, Web order, invoice number or email - Update: I got the same monitor from a different supplier while I waited for the return/refund - There were several other signs that the monitor I got was a return - plastic removed from rear led lights, settings changed, a random USB-A to USB-C cable was included. Cyber Power PC have apologised and said that it was a mix up in the warehouse??? Really you store returns with new stock? I have a refund from them today but it is £30 less than what I paid

Arrived on time and in good condition. The PC is exactly what I ordered and runs like a dream.

I was wary of the expected delivery time, but it was bang on target. New PC has has arrived and does exactly what I wanted it to. The support ticket system was very responsive and helpful. A great experience all round.

Excellent customer service

Really easy and straightforward to use. My PC was everything I had specified, I can't fault CyberPowerPC UK they done a brilliant job, the courrier let the whole experience down as they use DPD and the driver left my PC off at the wrong house and I had to go searching for it.

Finally got my pc and is worth every penny 👌🏻

Ordered a PC, and even though there was a small hiccup with a power outage at the facility, they kept me in the loop. Everything came together and it shipped after a small delay. I was satisfied with small compensation they provided for the inconvenience.

Fast email replies and decent assistance. 5* is mainly for that. No robot answers. Directly trying to help with issues I had.

I have bought several computers over the years from cyber power. Never disappointed and when I have needed to contact support never had any issues at all.
