I will preface this review by stating that following a positive experience, this is my second time ordering a custom system from CyberPowerPC (7 years-ish apart). I don't really have the time or experience to build my own system (especially with expensive parts on the line), so a service such as this is a real time/hassle-saver. As before, there was a wide selection of up-to-date components to choose from, at various price points. This made it very easy to craft my system within a (reasonable to me) budget. Checkout was very simple, and the following updates (via email) were promt, professional and sufficiently frequent. I had paid for 5-days fast track shipping, which actually shipped/arrived a day before expected! The system arrived in perfect condition, securely packaged with all accessories included in branded bags. Despite leaving no special instructions with my build order, every component was placed within the case exactly how I would have evisioned/expected it myself, along with great cable managment - this attention to detail truly stood out. As of writing this review, I am still installing other games/programs; but ones I have tested run like butter and I have encounterd no faults that would be attributed to the build. I'm loving the (much needed) upgrade and can't stop staring at all the beautiful RGB/lighting! Following my current experience, I can confidently say that CyberPowerPC (UK) continues to impress, delivering exceptional quality and customer service - a rare sight among UK-based companies nowadays! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free, reliable and reasonably priced PC-building service! Thank you!

I recently purchased an AMD 9000-Series Ryzen Custom PC. I spoke to customer support a couple of times, once due to my chosen graphics card being unavailable and again to change the RAM on recommendation. The calls were answered very quickly and I was offered suitable replacements. The build was completed and shipped by the estimated date. I received the system the following day. The build quality is great and the system is running fantastic. Absolutely 100% recommend and I'll have no hesitation using again. Thanks to the team for great service.

I had one issue, my payment being received, but after talking to support and getting a quick response they sorted it immediately and told me the exact day my order would be delivered. Also made sure that it wasn't next working day ( as that would have been monday ) but on the weekend. Great company and everything else was perfect.

Purchased an RTX 5080 pc, then realised I made a mistake on my behalf and because of the way it was specked they pushed delivery date back by 2weeks due to no stock, upon calling them I spoke with a man called Hayden and within 5 minutes he was able to organise a similar rtx 5080 build and push it out for next day delivery !! Amazing service, very polite and helpful ! 100% would recommend !

Overall - good experience. Slight issues, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Details below. So, price-point was spot on. I chose to get a custom build. When scoping the market, and looking at prices of the components and specified build elsewhere - CyberPower PC provided a good price for my build. The website tracking of the build was good - nice customer user experience. So, the cons, or things to think about: Firstly - Shipping: Could be better, and customer boxing/packaging might have helped. DPD driving literally dropped the box. There was deep holes in the box going through it. The shipping box was the PC case-box - which shouldn't be the only box it ships in - as the case-box would specify total weight of the package itself, and NOT to ship an entire built PC? The Build Quality (QC/QA) The build quality, or better yet Quality Control - could be better. There was mild GPU sagging, whereby I fixed it myself. 2 of the 4 screws holding the CPU cooler (AiO) wasn't attached properly and not tighten (lose screws). A few Motherboard screws were also very lose. Aftercare/Post-sales support: Could provide better support in terms of what to do next - such as register X components with the retrospective companies (MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair). And lack of part/component manuals - questioning are these items actually brand new? or used? Other than that - I'm grateful for the 5 year warranty as it does give peace-of-mind.

Custom built PC took about 2 weeks to be fully built and delivered. I was sceptical about the build quality and other aspects but once it arrived, I was immediately extremely satisfied with both the standard of shipping and also the clean aesthetic look of the system itself. After some inspection, everything was well done and the computer ran extremely well. I highly recommend this company for the careful and great job they did on my computer.

Quick and real responses, answered my question to the full extent

I ordered a pre built gaming PC for a teenage family member. The spec was exactly what he wanted and he got it for Xmas. Delivery was quick and the PC was packaged really well. Set up was easy and he’s really pleased with the machine which is going to get some heavy use! I didn’t need to contact customer support so I can’t comment on this but communication regarding sale and delivery was good
