I ordered a piece of Perspex and MDF board. For the first attempt the package was delivered badly damaged, and the perspex was broken. On the second attempt, the delivery never even got to my property as the courier returned the product back to Cut Plastic as it was already damaged. On the third attempt, the packaging was already holed when it was delivered, and the product was damaged. Cut Plastic refused to attempt a fourth delivery and offered a refund, although only for the Perspex, although I did have an email where we had agreed on a full refund on the product (why would I need the MDF without the perspex). Also two members of staff at Cut Plastic both answered by email queries on the issues with completely different responses.

Overall delighted with all that I order from cutplasticsheeting.co.uk, always arrives well packed to protect the contents of an order really well. I can’t fault them on the products and the service that comes with it. Only reason this review isn’t a 5 star review as with my last two orders, I haven’t received any tracking information from either Cut Plastic sheeting or the Courier they use (DX). It would be a great help to have that info together with the dispatch email so I can 100% know when it’s out for delivery, and if the courier offers the information, a time slot of when the delivery would be made. Just helps me plan my day and make sure someone is available to accept the order. 4.5* / 5*
Easy to order bespoke size. Kept informed of progress at all stages. Product very well packed and was exactly as described with no defects or marks. Will be back if I need anything of a similar nature.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The product is first class, added splash backs for hob, sink and waste caddy area in kitchen, they cut out a plug to the mm. once CT1’ed in place it all fits a treat and looks stunning. Their price was competitive too, could have got slightly cheaper, but the finish of this product is quality. Well packaged, and delivered on time. So pleased we found these guys 🥳

The website is easy to use. Fair price. The quality of the plywood was first class, very happy with the product. The only issue I have is with delivery which I know is a probelm for all sorts of businesses. There are clear instructions for inspecting on delivery (I totally understand this) but is tricky from a customer's point of view. I opened the top of the box and inspected the top corners, perfect. I signed off on delivery but when I fully opened it, there were dents and imperfections on the other corners. But, I made it work.
