If you need to replace a pane of glass, then it is so much easier to have acrylic/polycarbonate cut-to-size by professionals ... and this company provides a great service. The packaging for delivery was also excellent. Only negative - they could have been more helpful when I asked for advice about the compatibility of CT1 adhesive (which they sell) and acrylic sheeting.

Responsive and friendly. My order was a dozen varied sizes and everything was bang on. Well packed for delivery too.

Product is fantastic and exactly as ordered. However, I paid to be delivered via express delivery as I was in need of the product asap. was given a delivery date and waited a further 6 days. I rang many times to see what had happened and was left on hold, diverted to another department that never picked up.on the third or fourth time calling I was put through to someone that told me the product was delayed but now ready to ship. there was nothing that could be done to ensure next day delivery.it then took a further two days for the product to arrive. really hard to manage this without any information or communication.

you want opinions, I have them I do not recommend it to anyone who does not want to have nerves and worry about the money spent and the order does not arrive when you try to find out from the company where the shipment is because of course they don't inform you where you paid more for faster delivery, the guy on the hotline hangs up every time when you send an email to them for a refund they refuse and you don't have the money and the item you ordered they treat you like a rag that needs to be thrown away additionally, the holes for the handle are in the wrong place, I did not receive the glass within 5 days, even though I paid for it, I only received it after 10 days a stupid employee from the hotline told me to look for the parcel myself, if the company wants to have a good opinion, it should take care of the employees who think

Purchased large 15mm thick clear perspex sheet. Unfortunately had a problem but a quick email exchange and Cut Plastic Sheeting resolved it without problem and quickly. Definitely recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again in future.

Order processing very quick Cut to size and very well packed

Delivered undamaged but when I removed the plastic coating from the sheet a couple of weeks later I noticed two cut marks on the surface. As the company state they have rigorous checking on their products I had not planned on a manufacturing fault. The customer service was abrupt, abrasive and unhelpful with my complaint and kept stating that the fault should have been noticed in the first 72 hours of receipt. I would not recommend this company or use them ever again.

Really easy to order, had to wait for delivery as I didn't pay for postage which was part of the deal and acceptable. Product first class and cut to size. Would recommend and use again.

Yes, Plastic is cut and manufactured as required by our client. Perfect Quality, shape and color. However, we would like the delivery to be a little faster than 5 days. In some projects you don't have 5 days to wait, and it is pretty intense to wait. Kind Regards Leo

Nothing more than scammers earning interest holding customers money. They took the order and a month later we still haven't received anything. When chasing the order up we were told it was ready to post, but it never came. Unable to wait any longer we have now cancelled the order and were told the funds would be back in the account within five working days. That time has now passed and the money is still being held by cut plastic sheeting. They've wasted ours and our customers time. This will be reported as a scam with the bank. Update. Finally after opening a small claim the money was returned to our account.

Awful customer service, no empathy, no willingness to suggest options, and blocked from speaking to anyone at management level. I ordered a made to measure piece that arrived short of the measurement I had requested. Please be aware that items could arrive +/-2mm different from the measurements you request, which in my case makes a big difference! I won’t be using this company again, if you do, expect to receive items that may not quite measure up!

Absolutely shocking, service and customer service. Ordered a bespoke made to measure splash back for a client, it arrived incorrectly cut as per the original measurements this was reissued and delivered to the wrong address from the order and when we arrived to complete the works the splashback again was damaged. Refusal of item to be reissued correctly as we did not report the issue within 24hrs..Staff were like speaking with a brick wall with no empathy for the failures their team clearly made.. AVOID at all costs...
