Was initially wary of ordering from this company but actually there are a brilliant company to order from. Had a large custom made shape manufactured in scratch resistant Perspex. Came expertly wrapped. Really really pleased with product. I emailed the agent a number of times to clarify various things and emails were always replied to in a professional and courteous manner. Considering my order was small, they still showed great patience and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend. Would like to give a special mention to Kate Jones in Sales. Was a bit nervous about using the company,with nearly 1 in 5 one-star reviews! Ordered 2 pieces of cut plastic for around the house. Order came in good time, expertly packaged , perfect size and well priced. Based on my experience , I would recommend the company.
Very pleased with the acrylic sheets I bought to protect bedroom cabinets. I asked for smooth edges and frankly it’s as good as glass without the worries of cracking. Quality is excellent and they arrived very well packaged and within the week.
Seem this inept company are unable to learn from their mistakes, just wish I had looked into them before wasting my time. First delivery - received wrong product Second delivery - received wrong dimensions Requested refund, told this would be processed and received within 5-7working days. Despite this, on day 8, No refund, got in touch yet again, told it would be received by end of day, still not received. Got in touch, AGAIN, only to find that nothing had been actioned all this time. I am finally back where I started over 1.5 months later. Such a shame that this company can’t put measures in place to prevent these basic errors from reoccurring. I’d be worried if I were an employee, with my livelihood at the risk of such endemic mismanagement.
This morally bankrupt company are complete charlatans. Took a payment of £45 without my knowledge as it was an undersized order ( who's ever heard of that scam) and despite their promises have never paid it back even though the order was cancelled 5 minutes after ordering and obviously never been received. You've been warned they are despicable, without any moral compass and by keeping a 77 year old pensioners money, somewhere lower than the gutter.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It's been a week since I reported my damaged parcel, and despite sending four emails, I haven't received a single response. Their automated replies promised contact within 24 hours, but no one has reached out. This lack of communication and failure to meet their own expectations is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services based on this frustrating experience.
My order of acrylic sheets (to use as a wind protector on my roof terrace) came through promptly, and the quality was perfect.
would not deal with these again, we booked a order in January, two weeks after we phoned to ask where it was, answer was, it would be there in two day, a week later no plastic, another two days they said, another month no sheeting, they then must have read this review, it was delivered more or less in two days, two months after ordering, no apology or any thing, then, as time went on we had this phone call from the firm to say they had been taken over this Lady apologised after we went through all our complaints, said she would refund our PP of £9-75 yes it was put back in my bank three days later,
I had to order specialist composite ACM for a custom 4x4 race vehicle. For starters, these are the only guys willing to sell fireproof ACM one offs, everyone else has huge minimum quantities. Price was good and the item arrived very well packaged.

My third and final order with them was as reliable and up to standard as the previous two. I now have multiple posters, prints and photos framed around my new home, each with UV perspex to help reduce the risk of sun damage. Well worth the money.
We've started to use clear perspex for table protectors and white gloss perspex for splashback behind the bin and utility sink. Price was reasonable and delivered on time. And for some totally unknown reason the clear perspex they use seems to be easier to clean; it doesn't smear compared to a previous perspex we've bought from another supplier. I thought perspex was perspex?
