Update: customer service reached out and made it right. I appreciate that. Would recommend custom pens. First of all Fay was excellent with the process of ordering the pens. They shipped quickly and the personalization was correct. Secondly I was so disappointed in the pens. For $188 for 50 pens I was expecting the quality to be better. The Promo Metal Click Ballpoint Pen With Grip was not a professional sleek (nice) pen. I was also expecting a heavier pen. I like to write w pens with some weight to them. These were very light especially for a metal pen. I wanted to love these but it just did not meet my expectations.

Great communication with the company. I had placed a order wrong order by mistake and got a email from Celia telling me about the mistake. If i didn't receive that email, i would have not found out about the mistake until it was too late.
