I placed my order a bit last minute and needed them by a certain date and Judy was more than helpful when it comes to processing my order. She responded super quickly and was super resourceful, to the point that she made sure we fully completed the confirmation (that I almost skipped to save time) so we could rush production the next morning. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience to work with Judy and I’d love to work with her again if given the chance.

This was my second order of pins as I was very happy with the quality and service provided. Cathy took care of the order both times. She was very helpful, answering my question quickly and offering great support. We gift the pins out at robotics events and have gotten many compliments. We took advantage of the promotion on the pens and gifted them to the Gravity team members. They love them and continue to be distracted by their many features.
