Fast response time, mock up approval process was quick and detailed explainations by Liz on what can and cannot be done. Final patch design was enlarged to fit the required manufacturing process at no charge.

Kalyn was super helpful with the design and redesign of the pins that I ordered. They made the process super helpful and when I ordered the pins I received them WAY faster than expected. If I have any more projects I will be contacting Kalyn for their help again!
We requested custom lapel pins. The pins were not high quality. They are coming off and bend easily. Unfortunately, we will no longer use the services. We really wanted to because they respond to emails fairly quickly but now we are forced to use another company and we badly needed the pins for distribution to our members.

Kalyn is an amazing representative. I’ll be honest. I didn’t know if I could trust this website at first. It seemed suspicious to me, but once I was put in contact with Kalyn, her quick responses, her great feedback, her level of care and meticulously helping my every need with each design, it was amazing. We had over 25 different email correspondence and she was quick to reply always and great with information. Truly made this experience great. Cannot recommend her enough.
