Fantastic experience. Purchased some brand new audiophile headphones and there was an issue with the headphone cable. They replaced it, no questions asked, with a new ultra-low capacitance cable which was far better than the original. The sound is, quite simply, glorious. Top quality service, and it's for this reason I avoid the hyper-commercialised big-name retailers (you know who I am talking about).

Quick delivery, with good information on the order. Great cable, soft. Only complaint is the absence of the indication of Left / Right in the jacks that enter in the headphone side. A small mark in one of them would be sufficient. On your answer, you are very kind, but I think it would be a too expensive fix for you. I will just try to put a small mark myself on one of them. I'm very happy with the cable :). All the best for you.

Good product and good value
From beginning to end my experience with Custom Cans was excellent. I ordered customised HD-25 headphones and sent them my artwork and logo files for inspiration. After exchanging a few emails they came up with a digital mockup graphic and then we went back and forth to get a few details correct. The final product exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy.
