Cable line has plenty of color choices and options for length. The custom color and length cable was shipped within 10 days and works great. This is my fifth cable purchase from Custom Cans and I will be back for more as needed. Also I have had to ask about some items and the staff are very friendly.

I bought a cable to replace my Senheisser HD800s stock cable. Customcans were brilliant, I was kept up to date, and when I changed my mind about the cable length, they were quite accommodating. The cable is fantastic, has greatly improved the sound signature of my HD800s with more clarity and dare i say, an improvement in soundstage. I will 100% use them again if I needed to and highly recommend them.

Placed my order on the 8th of January. Received an email saying that my order was in a queue, and would be around 10 days after which I would be emailed an update. After 12 days I sent an email asking for an update, and got a reply indicating my order would be started the next day. I received my cable today, the 29th of January!!!! The cable itself is fantastic, great upgrade from my original cable. I also received a Custom Cans branded cable strap, which I didn’t order, maybe as a sorry for the long wait, which was a nice touch. I would definitely order again. UPDATE TO REVIEW Very impressed with Custom Cans customer service. I received a partial refund for the late delivery, which is a really nice touch. I’ve adjusted my star rating to 5 stars. If only all companies looked after their customers as well. Just as a little aside, I’m writing this listening to Agnes Obel, using Beyerdynamic home amiron headphones with Custom Can cable. A brilliant upgrade from the Beyerdynamic standard cable, and the cable looks so cool in blue/Khaki Green combo. Thanks Custom Cans

Excellent communication from Sylvia and the team at CC. Product arrived modified to the setup I had requested, had to change shipping method after the order and they were more than accommodating. The headphones themselves came packaged appropriately and within the estimated lead time. Construction quality had no issues, cable was well done and beautiful, connection and mods were professionally done. I would have no problem ordering from Custom Cans again and would recommend them to anyone with an interest in custom headphones.
